GREAT SERVICE, took my company vehicle here as I live close by for a NYS inspection. Steve was great and even worked with the motor leasing company directly to do a full inspection, oil change, and rear breaks. Completed the vehicle as promised and kept me informed during the process. Madden was a great experience versus the larger chain automotive repair shops. Will be coming back FOR SURE. Very dishonest. It's a shame they rip off people in their own neighborhood. Go elsewhere. They made a mistake and instead of owning it, they passed the charges on to me. I am in contact with the BBB. I would have given them 0 stars, but had to chose one in order to post my review.

A few years ago, I had an 2002 Audi A4, which was running on 2 cylinders. They explained that rather than replacing the 2 coils, to replace all at once - which I completely agreed with. I could have personally done the job myself, but did not have the time, at that time. So I had them replace "4 coil packs". The price was a bit high, but that is besides the point (I understand European Cars are generally speaking most expensive to repair). I woke up the next day to the car running on 2 cylinders again. After pulling the coils, it was apparent they only replaced 2 coils rather than 4. WHICH THEY CHARGED ME FOR. I do not recommend. Not honest.
