This pharmacy is horrible DO NOT SEND YOUR THINGS THERE. They continue to mess up my child’s medications they gave me the paperwork for 2 medications that were not in the bag they told me everything was ready the day before when I called I go and the medicines missing from the bag and another one they said I need to get in contact with the insurance for I specifically called the day before to make sure I had to do nothing on my part and I was told it was ready. Then you ask to speak to a supervisor for further assistance no supervisors are available. Not to mention I had to pay out of pocket for meds that my insurance would have covered but they never told me when I called I had to call my insurance company so I had to take the hit because my infant needs her medicine. In addition they had the phone number on file a number I’ve never even heard of this is just todays visit. Every time it is a problem I it’s this pharmacy they can never get anything correct.

I came for a Covid test that occurs in the drive thru. I came 20 nins early for my Covid test that starts at 10 am. I am the 10 am appointment. They literally made me wait 20 mins to take a Covid test.

Was a guy today at the pharmacy, his name Dwight very disrespectful, like it he own the place or he’s the boss . Don’t think this job is for him , he has no manner .

It doesn't matter if you visit the drive through or go inside, the wait for prescriptions is nothing short of ridiculous. Poor customer service all around! the installation of a Health Hub has only added to the chaos.

I find it extremely disrespectful to those who make appointments to have to wait on a line this long. The signs are confusing and say to drive to designated parking spot when really they are allowing testing at the window And that’s why it takes so long. So even if you show up 15 minutes prior to your appointment as recommended your still not seen at the window until after your set appointment time, why require appointments at all.

I like to go to CVS becase you can find medications when you are not feeling well . And everyone that work here are really friendly. If you are looking for something there then just ask the workers that works here and they will give you whatever you need. I

This Pharmacy Staff is so inept and unprofessional. The line is always long. The staff, one girl in particular, is not afraid to use profanity with customers waiting in line. What irritated me the most is the case where my doctor’s office sent the prescription and I went to get it 24 hours later and had to wait to get it. I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes yet it took over 45 minutes. When I ask to speak to the manager, I was told that I have to come back tomorrow to speak with him/her. Can someone light a fire under the staff or please close down because the service is atrocious. This must be the only CVS that offer this kind of service.

I’ve been waiting here at the drive thru for 20 minutes (it is now 8:20) and it has not opened. Unless the drive thru has different hours than inside (which they should really put a notice about at the window), then this is really unacceptable. The pharmacy portion of this CVS has been disorganized for quite some time, so I am not surprised. Please do something.

I corresponded back in September regarding my recent visit to store manager at CVS on Faison Rd. Mount Pleasant. Well I returned today and what a difference! The young lady was absolutely wonderful!! Compassionate, fun to talk to, made time for me and listened to me. Made my visit fabulous! I will return and hope she is there to check me out with my purchases. Unfortunately I already threw the receipt, it was 10/21/20 around 11a-12pm.

Worst pharmacy staff. They make you wait for hours no matter if you go in person or drive through. On each client just to give medicines they take hours. Non professional staff. Need to change the whole staff. I guess there is no manager. They start making medicine when you go there. The medications are never ready. Never on time. Worst experience ever. I wish I could give a zero.
