We are from out of town and puppysitting for our son. My husband forgot an important med at home. The pharmacist Matt went above and beyond to help me out with the RX. He stayed on the phone and tried several different ways to run the script for different discounts since it was not covered by my insurance. Thank you very much.

Waited over 2 hours to pick up a medication, which I was told will be ready in 30 minutes. Then the pharmacy refused to take my coupon and charged me extra. So definitely a great first time experience coming here. Should have stuck with Walmart, and not waist 2 hours sitting in my car to be told every 5 minutes it will be ready. Extremely slow service for 4 people working there. All my information on file was complete wrong as well. Why tell people your name when you can't even spell it out add information correctly.

I had a $10 off 50 coupon $5 extra bucks and my $10 monthly carepass rewards. The cashier offer help and she try to ring me up at the register. Vitamins still didn’t come off. Now I’m waiting for the manager . He comes he voids one of them and the total with my other items comes to $42. I asked for $30 worth of cologne and still doesn’t work. I asked the cashier to void the transaction as I called customer service. Not one apology from the manager.Forget about me not even to the customers that were waiting behind me. I went back to the pharmacy I got my prescription and left.

My mother in law went to the store while looking for a battery. She brought the old battery so she could make sure she has the correct battery and the manager ripped the battery out of her hand. She told him to please give her battery back and he did and just stood near the entire time during a pandemic.

I never have an issue with anything. recently, my wife was diagnosed with colon cancer. she had major surgery and was given a great outlook by her doctors at Sloan Kettering. the reason for my review is what this pharmacy has done for me. these wonderful people have pretty much navigated the confusing and annoying world of prescription benefits for me. the medicines my wife is prescribed are extremely expensive and are routinely challenged by the prescription plan I have. the multiple employees in the pharmacy dept get it done EVERY TIME! I appreciate them as much as my wife's doctors. these people are part of her healing, and my my sanity. I THANK THEM FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART.

this cvs pharmacy is an absolute joke. they treat anti depressants like they're not serious and they don't care about their customers. I have been off my medicine for 5 days now because this cvs pharmacy, specifically pharmacist Maria, told me that my script was filled in another pharmacy and I had to have the claims reversed. I hadn't gotten a chance to call that pharmacy as I have been working and by the time I'm out of work, they are closed. I finally got a chance to do so today and when I called this cvs pharmacy to let them know that I reversed the claims, the girl on the phone told me that I have two refills for my Lexapro and I could've picked them up days ago. When I asked if she was serious she giggled and said yes. I told her I didn't think anything was funny about this situation. Then Maria got on the phone and proceeded to tell me that is was a miscommunication and that I can pick up my meds within an hour. No apology nothing. This isn't funny at all. This is serious medication for a serious mental disorder and for the lead Pharmacist of all people to call it a miscommunication and treat it like it's a minor situation, is beyond me. I will be telling everybody I know about this tech and about this specific cvs pharmacy location. I've never been so offended by a pharmacy in my life. You should all feel ashamed of yourselves. Disgusting.
