I went for an inspection. you need an appointment. initially was surprised at how young the employees were. Everyone was friendly and the place seemed to be efficient.

They performed an oil change for me and scanned the coupon I had on my phone. The girls did a maintenance check as my oil was being changed. I was acutely aware that there was going to be an upsell as most of these chain services tend to do. The oil change was quick. She showed me the oil filter as well which I agreed to change out. But had me shocked when she said my battery was bad. I knew it wasn't because I had just bought a new one literally not even a week old! The store I bought it from showed me the battery tested well too. I knew it was fine. I also own a battery tester and a scanner so I am aware of some issues I may have with the car. She then said oh sorry, it must have been a loose terminal. Although I enjoyed the drive thru experience and convenience of having my oil changed, I just felt very uneasy about the blatant upsell attempt on my battery. I wanted to test out the place with my first oil change there, but will not return for transmission fluid change which I am looking to get done. Sorry, this place did NOT earn my trust for future visits. Service: Oil change

Very easy process. I was there 20 minutes before closing at 6pm and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The techs were knowledgeable and I was in and out very fast. I would definitely recommend to a friend and this will be my go to from now on for oil changes and filter checks. Thanks for the great service!

I have been going here for years and going to noone else. Always trying to upset me services I already had done to car i.e. transmission flush. So the last oil change was a new crew. I specifically told them that the crew that also worked here. I had to have my husband at the time, who also is a mechanic retread my oil pan screw because Valvoline employees steipped it which cause a leak. So they tell me no problem preform the regular oil change and late that day I notice oil leaking on my driveway. It's stripped again. The first time they stripped my oil pan screw they kept trying to sell me a $300 oil pan. My oil pan was fine it was the screw that needed retreeading. I could even prove they did it. But to no avail they would not concede. My husband would do my oil changes for a long time. Finally I went there after a year and they stripped my oil pan screw again and I'm leaking oil. Ugh. On a positive note it's fast service, wait in the car.....my car still needs the leak fixed!!!
