In the area for business and tired of the same old offerings so found this place to order delivery to my hotel. Disappointed to say the least. After all was said and done spent $42.88 for a sub, 2 sodas and wings. The upcharges for adding a few generic hot peppers and 2 slices of pepperoni ($2.50) The sub was mostly bread, took over an hour to deliver (told me 30-45). Bottom of sub was soggy and fell apart after sticking to the container. Boneless wings were so dry and lacking "hot sauce" threw them away after trying 2 of them. All that money and didn't even have the decency to provide napkins when they knew they were delivering to a hotel. This place is on my never again list. Not sure why I woudl even give 3 stars to a one star place. Reading reviews and the same canned responses from the managers here make me regret my decisions. This is going on Yelp too.

I have been using pizza express for over a decade and the pizza is always fresh, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in having a fantastic meal!

This was always my go to place ever since I moved from the city. But tonight was a disappointment in every which way and form. I ordered Shrimp tortellini in alfredo sauce and my sauce was watery and tasted lemony. I called back to put in my complaint and the manager kept yelling at me just bring the food back. Before he hung up the phone he cursed me out in his Spanish dialect. Not knowing that I understood each word he said about this paying customer. That will be the last time that they see this customer. And hopefully no other customer has to go through this discourtesy this manager displayed this evening.

So I went here years ago when they first opened And I was not impressed. However, I went there just the other day, and the food definitely is way better! A night out or a night in, I would recommend this for sure!

called this pizza joint an asked for a refund, story betold i walkin home an gator got up in me an tried to take my pizza, still hodin the box, i called bac an got decline on a refund, this was bullsht an i know my right, pizza should hav been bac an would hav went on my day, but now im no pizza, and no money, youl here me in court

This was the first time I ordered a 16” pizza from them even though I’m not a fan. I came to pick up the pizza, the guy working in the kitchen came to me and asked what I ordered, seriously I didn’t know what was the name for the pizza, like I said I’m not a pizza fan, even I do order a pizza, I only go with plain ones or with pepperoni, so I told him my order was a 16” pizza and what the toppings were on there, then he went a little impatient and whining a little. I was a little shocked cause I never got treated like this before. I don’t care what a day he had, crazy or busy but that’s not how he should treat his customers. Despite for this unpleasant experience, their foods are not bad in this small village.

Food was great! Stopped in because we had to get a tire at mavis on the way back upstate. Glad i stumbled across this place! The pinwheels were savory and delicious and the garlic knots were superb! My fiance really enjoyed her buffalo chicken pizza. 10/10 would stop here again.

typically when we order from here we get wings. every time i’ve ordered anything besides wings, i have not been happy. Family had wanted to get food from here. this time, i ordered a turkey, lettuce, tomato, american cheese, onion and mayo sub. we’ll let the picture do all of the talking. how embarrassing to receive THIS. will be taking a break from ordering from this establishment because i am beyond disappointed time and time AGAIN. absolutely ridiculous. don’t waste your time people.
