Don’t shop at this store…. The people they have working there don’t have a single clue on what they’re doing or selling….. been waiting on a special order on leaf springs for two weeks and til this day they can’t get the order right….

I went in to get my battery tested. They couldn’t offer the service as stated. I understand there is only one person there but not a single customer even came in the vicinity of the store. With the time I had to jumpstart my battery to get it to another store he could have just tested it. The Geneva location was able to do it in 2 minutes. He gave me so much attitude and should not be a manager whatsoever. Lazy as can be clearly.

As a woman I hate even going to an auto parts store but the manager here made my experience a positive one. He was welcoming and kind and put on my wipers in the rain!! It was a very pleasant visit and I’ll only go here when I need anything auto parts related!!

The staff there was amazing especially Dominic. He helped me find everything I needed excellent service very friendly and fast. Oreillys can get almost anything I've ever needed for my car and faster than any other auto store I've been to. Life long customer made!!!

Not great on customer service whenever I have questions. When I came it for help with an ODB reading they said they couldn't do it, and another time when I asked if they could check my battery "The machine says your battery is bad" was the extent of their knowledge. They couldn't answer any questions I had about the test results.

Some of the very best customer service I’ve ever had in my entire life. Manager in charge name Jr, was beyond helpful. I have a 07 Ford Focus that had brake and suspension problems and he was amazing in telling me what parts I needed and even showed me some online “how to fix” my problems. If Technology was advanced enough, they should clone Jr and put him at every store!!

Great service and good prices! I used to drive further to another auto parts store, but now that his one is in town I have been using them for the last year. The staff is friendly and helpful. They usually have the parts I need on hand, or nothing that they can't get in withing the next day. They also seem to have good prices on most of the items and though I haven't used this service, they offer rental tools.
