11/15/22 update - upgrading it to 5 stars, simply because i got a surprise call fr the store to follow up on my previous experience and ensuring my complaint is now fixed. Thank you Discount Tires of St Charles.... 4 stars instead of 5 because I have to come back 3x until 2 of the 4 new tires were replaced because of defects. I also have to pay $45 to renew the certificate. I don't mind paying but the fact that within 30days I already started complaining about violent shake while driving at >70mph speed I was still ask bring it over and over until the 30days lapsed. There was also a chubby guy who sounded rude and didn't want to replace even without hearing my problem/situation 1st. Overall though another guy stepped in, forgot his name and helped me out thru the process. Today I took it to I90 at speeds 70/75/80/85 and my Yukon drives like it should be with new tires. Smooth, quiet and no more violent shake. I hope the 2 rears are not defective when I rotate them after 5k. Thank you for always being attentive to your customers. You guys rock as always, except for mr. Chubby, sorry :-)

Received great service from knowledgeable staff when I made the appointment. Great prices. Really hectic day when I got there, but wait was not unreasonable and weather made their outdoor waiting area very nice.

I had a very slow leak in one of my tires. I was necessary to put air in the tire about once a week. On October 19, 2022, I stopped at Discount Tire, 121 South Randall Road, Saint Charles, Illinois to have them look at the tire. They said that there was a small puncture that was probably caused by a nail. They told me that it would be “unsafe” to attempt to repair the tire, because of some tread wear on the edge of the tire that would make it difficult to remove the tire from the rim and replace it. I was told that I needed a new tire. Additionally, they pointed to something on one of the other tires and indicated that was a safety problem and that the tire should be replaced. I was also told that the treadwear on all of the tires was such that I would soon need all new tires. They then began to talk about replacing all four tires for about $1100.00. I said that I would think about it. They asked if I wanted the leaking tire put back on the car or the spare tire. I told them that I had not had a significant problem with the leaking tire so I asked them to simply put that tire and wheel back on. The next day, I took my car to RX Automotive in Saint Charles where I go for all of my other auto service such as oil changes, brakes, etc. They repaired the tire for $28.22 and told me that there is plenty of tread left on my tires and though they would need to be replaced at some point, we could revisit that in the Spring.

Tyler helped me out here, super honest and upfront customer service and solid quick work, waited 30 minutes for tire balance with an appointment, highly recommend this location.

Speedy service; however, I did feel they were trying to sell me new tires I didn't need. I own a tread depth measurement device (see photo). All 4 of my tires are in the green. They used a cellphone to measure the tread depth and said my tires (after 2 years) needed replacement. Technology is great, but not in this situation.

I highly recommend Discount Tire on Randall Rd. Saint Charles, Illinois. Everything about my experience was first class from start to finish. I purchased rims & certain accessories, tire rotation and not only do they treat you well on the phone but they also do in person. The work was actually completed earlier than estimated.

Wow, these guys absolutely rock! I blew out the sidewall of one of my tires. I asked the local Toyota dealer where I bought the car if I was covered in any way because the car is less than a year old... they said good luck and wanted $300+ to replace the tire. Discount replaced it with a new O.E. tire for less than $200 out the door. Also, I expected them to just put my donut back in the trunk... they actually put the donut back in the well and put the tire kit back on top. It's becoming harder to find good service like this nowadays.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received today on a busy Saturday morning. We had an almost flat tire due to a nail puncture. We had no appointment but they accepted us as a walk-in and I was on my way in less than 90 minutes. They found a nail in a second tire (they pointed it out before they drove it into the shop.) And the best news yet...all free because we bought our tires there. They have indoor and outdoor seating and free bottles of water. Organized and friendly staff.

I wanted to share my excellent experience. I had 4 wheels and 4 tires done. The wheels arrived late but that is FedEx's fault. From the first phone call to driving away I was treated like a VIP. I have a modded out 2017 Honda Pilot Touring that needed tires and wheels for a work trip I am going on in 3 days. They got my pilot done in less than an hour! I cannot be more ecstatic the way it looks and drives. I had the Toyo A/T III tires put on and the Vision Boost wheels put on. The manager confirmed with me when one tire was done that this is what I wanted. Absolutely YES! I am going to attach some photos to show you what GREAT work they all do at this store! Keep up the good job!! On top of that, I left my very expensive Hydro Flask there and I called when I got home and they already had put it aside with my receipt on it. How honest are they!! Great morals. Once I put on the 2" lift kit, this will look more amazing than it does now. Again, thank you guys!!!
