Fantastic experience when I bought a new set of tires and wheels. I had a general idea of what I wanted and Jon was able to help get me the best performing and looking products based on what I needed. His communication was quick and kind during the process and within two days the products were ordered and installed on my new truck. Speedy service; however, I did feel they were trying to sell me new tires I didn't need. I own a tread depth measurement device (see photo). All 4 of my tires are in the green. They used a cellphone to measure the tread depth and said my tires (after 2 years) needed replacement. Technology is great, but not in this situation. ~Matthew
