You never know what your experience will be when visiting a business for the first time. Called to schedule a visit to discuss what I might need before actually committing to a service. John answered and asked for some information regarding my problem. Upon arriving John greeted me with a welcome and three options already printed so I could review. Needless to say very impressive. Made appointment for service and when time came my problem was cared for professionally and without a hitch. The process was handled in a friendly manner. Could not be more pleased. Thanks to John and of course the team that performed the work. Now we will be clients for a very long time. Part 2 Called Suburban Auto inquiring about brake job that had been suggested by another dealer when I reached certain amount of miles.Of course I spoke with John. SA would take a look and provide feedback of potential brake job. Before I finished our call I received text with appointment information. Brought car in and John said I would receive info asap. I’m this case was few hours. And yes needed to rear brakes cared for but front were still within limits prescribed by auto folks that set standards. Texted a nice report with info and even and entire car report that was unexpected but informative about the current status of how well car is running. Then the best part SA was able to complete brake job same day and the cost lower than I expected. Thanks John, Matt and Jose. Even checked transmission upon my request ! Once again cannot say enough nice things about SA and staff! Thank you all Don

Excellent all around. Friendly, courteous service. We had a minor emergency (multiple nails in a tire) and they were able remedy it immediately. We were back on the road within an hour. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience with Suburban Tire Auto Repair Center in St. Charles, IL. My Tire & Service Advisor was Jon Leffler. He was both knowledgeable and helpful and did not try to sell me stuff I did not need. Will definitely bring our other cars to Suburban Tire Auto Repair in the future for tires and other auto maintenance stuff.

This place has amazing employees! Joe has been fantastic! Plus the bathroom has emergency tampons and 2 different types of toilet papers labeled! That’s pretty awesome to see! Definitely would recommend this location.

His communication was quick and kind during the process and within two days the products were ordered and installed on my new truck.
