Overpriced for the low food quality. Dirty but most KFC are. I ordered crispy, it was anything but. Not flavorful. The biscuit was also not flavorful but it was soft. The chicken breasts were very big, but what does it matter if they don't taste good. Also, employees were parked in two of three closest spots to the door. That is very unprofessional.

Tonya a supposed manager was unbelievably rude. I wanted to order a 16pc chicken strip family meal. She said she only had twelve pieces and I could wait 16 minutes if I wanted 16pcs. I asked her to substitute the four pieces with drumsticks. She refused and said that I had to order the twelve piece, then pay extra for the 4 pieces her restaurant had not cooked at dinner times. It is not my fault they are not prepared for one order on a Friday night. My Mac I ordered was not in the bag. When I told her it was ridiculous she could not substitute for chicken strips for four drumsticks or even two drumsticks she said oh are you going to tell me how to do my job? I told her she was speaking to a 59-year-old woman and this was not acceptable behavior from her. So I had to pay for a 12 piece chicken strip with only three sides instead of four so I had to pay extra for the fourth side and the mac and cheese that I did not receive. Nor did they provide me a receipt. This restaurant needs to have better employees and definitely more professional managers. Tanya whether she's a manager or not should be fired for speaking to any Patron the way she did

This KFC is the worst!! I mean when people order they should Get their money's worth They actually gave us half filled individual sides, As if they're not small enough as it is! I don't know if they do this inside as well or just at drive-through where people don't notice until they get home. iIf I were inside I would have definitely taken it back and tell them where's my other half?! This place has 0 integrity NEVER AGAIN will they get my business if I could give them 0 stars that's what they'd get! FYI If you do order from this KFC 1960 and Jones road... do yourself a favor and check your portions before you drive off they're in the business of cheating their customers.👎

Arrived 8:32 PM on a Sunday evening, 8/7/22. Dine in states open until 9:00 PM. We were waved off by an employee in dining area to go thru drive thru. (employee is Gladys, a shift manager) Ordering via drive thru was excruciating as the employee misunderstood on every order level. Example- Ordered a #1 original w/Dr Pepper and #2 x/crispy w/Pepsi. It took 4 minutes to reconstruct the simple order with the employee @ the register and another 15-17 minutes thru the drive thru. Might I say that the x/crispy was at best a 1/2 inch thick and so well done that a child tooth might not have ever penetrated. Needless to say I will not be a frequent flyer of this particular location and will recommended avoidance at all cost to any other fried chicken lover. It was not a Colonel Sanders moment of glory. PS: Customer service is lacking

To start off be very careful and check your food well. I have peices of papers with ink and writing fried into my tenders. I bite into the paper on one and then checked the rest and one other had it also. Not to mention the tenders were cold as soon as I got them and tough as hell and so small. My chicken sandwich was also unusually tough for some reason. 28 bucks for the worst KFC I have ever had. Tried to call and no answer on opine after 5 calls over 30 minutes span.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!! This is not only the worst KFC I have been to, but the worst food establishment I have ever been to. The lady that was taking my order in the drive thru tonight was the rudest person ever. I pulled up and asked for a minute to look over the menu. She then kept asking me if I was ready, which I wasn’t and that’s why I asked for a minute. She then said I needed to order because I was “making her speed of service go up”. There was not a single car or person behind me in line and the car in front of me took more time to order then I was even at the board at this point. After she told me this I said I will just go somewhere else to which she replied “ go right ahead”. I will absolutely never return to this establishment and will gladly drive further for a restaurant that cares for its guest!

Super strange experience in drive thru. Was told to back up after paying and wait to be called to come forward when food is ready. Now super curious what was going on that they didn’t want me seeing. No thanks, throwing food out right away and watching my credit card for stolen data.

This have to be the worst experience I ever had at a fast food restaurant. Went through the drive through to place my order. The lady took my order and after taking my order, she cut off communication and didn't come back to greet me. Drove to the window to see what was going on, and all she did was walk around and ignore me at the window. Keep in mind they had two other cars behind me trying to order. They just stopped taking orders without informing nobody. The worse customer service ever... I hope management reach out to me please!!

The lady that sold me the 8 piece family meal today (April 23, 2022 at 4:05 PM) asked me to back up the car passed the sensor and pull up again for the reason that french fries takes long? It tool exactly 3 minutes btw. I’m not sure why she asked me to to that. I ordered a family meal extra crispy. Chicken tastes absolutely nasty. It smells like burned oil, overcooked, soggy, oily, cold, NO crispy whatsoever. To be honest, I almost got sick just smelling it. I ordered to go, I live 5 minutes away. They even forgot to close the lid of the gravy, made it spilled everywhere in the bag… To the owner: this is the second times in the row that I am dissatisfied with the food quality of this location. I write this review so you know it need to improve, I hope it helps.
