If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My step-dad was in contact with the Owner Allen about the scratches that I needed fixed on my car. Allen told him that I can bring it in and it will be fixed. I brought it in this morning and was told I can not leave my car there. Allen told me that there was no room for my car and it wouldn’t take long. After 10 minutes, I was left leaving with my car looking like this. It looks like I took white-out and put it on my car. It is patchy, and they overall just did a half fast job. I will never be taking my car here again. Very unprofessional and very disappointed. Service: Painting

My experience here was all around fantastic. Not only did they get my car in quickly, they fixed it within 3 weeks all while under parts shortages. I can't speak enough to how friendly and easy going everyone was. It's usually so rough to have to get your car repaired for any reason, but this place made it so painless and easy! Fix Auto never disappoints, my 2019 Jeep got vandalized with a lot of damage done to the car, I dropped my car off and a few days later I was able to pick it up. They walked me around the vehicle to make sure I was satisfied with the work they did before leaving, they always treat me like family there. Can’t recommend them enough! Service: Body & Trim

Wanted an estimate of work to be performed on my car. Used their online service that asked me to take pictures. After 3 days of no response, I called and they asked me to come in for an estimate. What is the point of getting an estimate online if I have to come in. Finally someone spoke to me, Alan K. He was annoyed with me when I contacted him and informed him that I understand this is an estimate but he was quoting me an entire new bumper when all that was needed was a side panel. Long story, I will not be using them. I used them in the past and they did great work but as far as I am concerned the customer experience is a process, and my initial impression was a 0. Before, the insurance company handled it so I was not as involved. Decided to use another service, West Suburban Auto, and that experience was unbelievable.
