Fantastic experience when I bought a new set of tires and wheels. I had a general idea of what I wanted and Jon was able to help get me the best performing and looking products based on what I needed. His communication was quick and kind during the process and within two days the products were ordered and installed on my new truck. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My step-dad was in contact with the Owner Allen about the scratches that I needed fixed on my car. Allen told him that I can bring it in and it will be fixed. I brought it in this morning and was told I can not leave my car there. Allen told me that there was no room for my car and it wouldn’t take long. After 10 minutes, I was left leaving with my car looking like this. It looks like I took white-out and put it on my car. It is patchy, and they overall just did a half fast job. I will never be taking my car here again. Very unprofessional and very disappointed. Service: Painting ~Lindsay

I went in to get my battery tested. They couldn’t offer the service as stated. I understand there is only one person there but not a single customer even came in the vicinity of the store. With the time I had to jumpstart my battery to get it to another store he could have just tested it. The Geneva location was able to do it in 2 minutes. He gave me so much attitude and should not be a manager whatsoever. Lazy as can be clearly. ~Bryana

Speedy service; however, I did feel they were trying to sell me new tires I didn't need. I own a tread depth measurement device (see photo). All 4 of my tires are in the green. They used a cellphone to measure the tread depth and said my tires (after 2 years) needed replacement. Technology is great, but not in this situation. ~Matthew

I had a really awesome experience coming here tonight. The pharmacist was friendly and knowledgeable. He walked me through any questions I had and made me feel welcome. I highly recommend this pharmacy. They take wonderful care of their guests. ~Nessbabiii

This use to be one of my favorite locations but within the last year, it has gown downhill. No matter what day what time I go, there is never anyone at the front desk. Good luck if you want to use the massage beds finding anyone to help. Did not go for the longest time (to this location) and finally gave it another shot. Front desk empty upon arrival, worked out for 2 hours and there was still nobody at the front desk when I left. Turns out both girls who were supposed to be working front desk were sitting on couch in tanning salon area on their phones the ENTIRE time. Hey if anyone wants to walk in without a membership, I guess this is the location to go. Will go back to using Naperville and West Chicago locations. ~Julie

My wife and I keep coming back to the St. Charles Lowes because of the amazing customer service we receive there. Every time we've always been attended by folks who are kind, polite, and genuinely helpful. Bill in particular was outstanding at making sure we got the right lumber and concrete for our latest project—and even helped us load it all into our Honda Fit. It was a fantastic experience that put us in a good mood the rest of the day. ~David

Action Auto is a great place to get good work done at great prices. Steve, the owner, will not try to up-sell you on work that is not needed like they do at the dealers or the quick oil change places. His work is great and he stands by it.
