Huge supply of roofing panels 12 ft. Should of just went there instead of driving all the way to Cicero Home Depot. I ordered 16 panels from Home Depot and when I get there they only had six. huge waste of time and fuel

This place is run horribly! There are almost no employees, and no one can help you find anything! I'd go to Home Depot, anyday. This place charges so much!!! The bosses are running around doing nothing and can't help since they don't know a thing about the store. Stay away.

This is my choice for hardware stores Menards is kind of retail and home depot is more contractor driven. Lowes hits that sweet spot in the middle for the home project warriors

BUYER BEWARE. READ THE SMALL PRINT. They have a strict 90 day return policy no exceptions. I ordered a towel bar online and attempted to return it after the 90 days. The receipt I got did not tell me anything about the number of days to return. I was told I should have gone online to find the lowes return policy. I usually shop at menards and was used to their generous return policy. So beware before you shop at lowes.

Bought a riding lawn mower and a screw for the battery post was missing and they said they would have it ready to run when delivered but it wasn't. Also asked for them to call before delivery but they had the phone # wrong. Still a good deal on the mower tho.

Not very good experience. Old guy working in paint department at 7/1 12:50 pm was not helpful. He kept swearing “sh%t” as he looking for something and couldn’t find. I was there next to him and need to ask some questions. So I asked him if he’s busy which he replied rudely that he was with a customer now. I then waited at counter and a young guy tried to help me but had no clue so he said the old guy would be with me soon. Then the old guy saw me waiting and told me the young guy would be with me shortly then proceeded to do his thing. I then walked out heading to home depot since no one in this department at lowes can answer some questions

My wife and I keep coming back to the St. Charles Lowes because of the amazing customer service we receive there. Every time we've always been attended by folks who are kind, polite, and genuinely helpful. Bill in particular was outstanding at making sure we got the right lumber and concrete for our latest project—and even helped us load it all into our Honda Fit. It was a fantastic experience that put us in a good mood the rest of the day.

This is a great location with very nice associates. I went there looking for some renovation ideas to put my house on the market. The location will soon have a Wahlburger in the adjoining lot:))
