Bought a dry van trailer from these guys. I went picked it up in Indianapolis and it had a few issues I told them about. Salesman (Frank) said to just email me the problems and we’ll get them fixed because you have a 48hr warranty. AFTER A WEEK He stopped taking my calls so I called claims department and they were not aware of anything. He told me a lie. If he straight up lied to me he’ll do it to you so stay away. Now I’m outta pocket having to fix the trailer after purchasing a RYDER CERTIFIED TRAILER.

I purchased a 2013 Cascadia with a Cummins and Eaton Auto Shift Transmission. Truck was very Clean inside for a 2013. They give you 48 hours to fix any issues. I called the next day about a small oil leak and oil Pressure. My Salesmen , Michael P seemed caring at first , Said he will jump on it. I haven't heard anything else from him. I even called Corporate. They had him call me. 3 weeks later Truck still has Oil leak and Oil Pressure is getting low. I've bought Trucks from Ryder before. They normally Stand behind there Equipment. Just hoping they do...

Purchased a 2013 Cascadia in full on April 10,2018. My salesman Mark Ring insured me that everything was good on this truck which was in Dallas, TX after I told him about some concerns that I have with multiple truck postings using the same pictures. I was right, the truck was filthy on the inside and had many problems when I got to Dallas. But Mark told me that I have 48hrs to report any problems with the truck and he would make sure it get fixed. Wrong again! He turned on me as well as Amy Lane in Atlanta from the warranty dept. and management. I did everything that I was supposed to do and they failed me. This truck has cost me over $12,000 in missing work dealing with them trying to fix this truck and still have not succeeded. If I had known all this, I would've left this truck in Dallas and went to Penske to get a truck. But I was dumb for trusting Ryder and Mark Ring. DO NOT deal with these folks...If they screwed me then they'll screw you. They won't reply to any of my emails or phone calls. I gotta give it to Mark though, he fooled me good. A Large wolf in sheep clothing! The repair location on Delp St., I caught them in 3 lies on doing repairs on my truck. Not too many honest people these days I see. And I dropped over $40,000 up front for this truck. Update: On October 13,2018 the manager, Timothy Mcpartlin contacted me about these issues and he gave me a bunch of fouled up excuses for not to cover the problems. They all are in this together on screwing people. DON'T MESS with Ryder, go somewhere else. You'd be better off buying a toy truck! Update: On October 24, 2018, I received another call from Timothy Mcpartlin, who had my salesman, Mark Ring on the line but never said a word. Timothy insist on arguing with me about these issues and that they were right for robbing me of fixing all the issues that they promised me. And I repeat from the previous review of this company Ryder....DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! They are not trustworthy and WILL NOT honor their word. Update: On January 26, 2019, I took my truck to Tag Center for the same oil leak problems that I've been dealing with Ryder since May 2018 that they refuse to fix. They lied to me and told me that they replaced the oil pan gasket and Tag Center had to replace the gasket (oil pan gaskets don't wear out within 9 months), oil leaking at the air compressor, front cover, and front crank. This was too expensive for Ryder to repair at their promised word. The warranty that I purchased through them, they wouldn't honor it. But now Tag Center repaired all the leaks that Ryder refused and lied about and I'm out of pocket $5,376.44. DO NOT FOOL WITH RYDER!!! Liars and Crooks (Mark Ring and Timothy McPartlin). DON'T DO IT! PLEEAASSEE, take your money somewhere else. You've been warned!!!
