This month I was tasked by my organization to purchase a large number of school supplies for local school children. After calling a number of options in the surrounding area, speaking with Seth at the Dublin OfficeMax made it clear that the Dublin store was the best choice. Seth went above and beyond to help. Not only did he gather a large number of the items from my list before I even arrived, he then took the time to review my remaining budget and make it stretch as far as possible. He is an asset to the company and I will continue to shop the store in the future because of this experience.

Went to this store with a print job for 100 copies. Went in on Sunday item still not ready by Friday. They staple and fold your items by hand. If I had known that ahead of paying for this service, I would have done it myself. They stapled parts of the program wrong. I wish Adrian would come back she was good in the print department. Young cashier checking me out while on her phone.

I stood in line waiting to check out while 4 employees walked around and looked at me. No one asked to help me. A woman in front of me asked about printing something and a young man argued with her in a very demeaning manner that they didn't print that type of material. When she told they had last week for her, he exclaimed that he was the manager and they did not. He had an emphatic tone to his voice. There was no customer service and customers treated very poorly and disrepectfully.
