I’ve been going to this pharmacy for the last 3 years, yes the parking lot including the drive thru is littered with potholes. However just speaking upon the pharmacy not the the entire store honestly tries their best. Yes there are times where they are understaffed and they don’t have time to answer the phone. I myself have waited on hold for 47 minutes. But one of the Pharmacist’s Brian is really an amazing dude, he goes out of his way to help anyway he can, he’s 🏳️🌈 friendly and all around knowledge, helpful and friendly. There are also a few others I don’t know there names but they are great, the one older gentleman loves my last name bc he has the biggest smile on his face when he sees me and loves to call my name, it’s kind of like our little thing. I guess I’ve made some relationships there and can’t completely bash these people who are trying their best.

After calling several times and being on hold for 20 mins at a time, I decided to go pick up my meds. After waiting in the drive thru line for 30 mins, I finally get to the window and the man tells me it won't be ready for about 30 mins. So I come back in 30 mins and after waiting in the drive thru line again for about 20 mins I get to the window for the same man to tell me that they don't have my meds and they are looking for a substitute which isn't covered under my insurance. Then they gave me a price. What about all the gas I just wasted sitting in your drive thru? I mean really!!

Pharmacy opens at 8, been here 3 times since then and it’s after 9 and they’re not open yet.

This location can not get anything right. Pharmacist cant even count dates or pills. Worst pharmacy in the area choose Walgreens or Walmart or travel outside columbia county but do not trust your healthcare needs to this pharmacy.

This place has become horribly managed. Used to be able to get prescriptions in a timely fashion now it takes two or three days minimum for them to fill the simplest of medications.

This place is terrible. Tons of potholes outside and nothing but filth inside. Entry doors are so dirty you can barely see out dust everywhere covering displays pharmacy is 4 days behind. Shame on you corporate CVS for allowing this

First off. Went on line snd it stated no appointment is necessary at cvs in Warren street and Fairview Ave. To get the Covid shot. I went to Fairview. No one had yet to get a shot , place was dead . Told I had to schedule an appointment. So I said, ok so schedule my appointment. Oh they can’t!!!!! Got to go on line. What to hell. They can not schedule appt.s there when no customers are their? Not like they didn’t have enough help!!!!

I called pharmacy regarding an antibiotics and the person was so rude and condescending. I suggest you use a different pharmacy .I personally will not go here and to the person who spoke down .Your mute your rude work where you don't have to talk to people.

This was my go to store for prescriptions. Don't like being lied to, regarding wait times. The last thing that happened to me was waiting three hours for a script. Getting a call from the pharmacist hours later, asking me to bring back the script, they made it too strong. Meanwhile, I had already given it to my 18 month old son. Not cool. NEVER AGAIN
