Excellent service!! Kenny helped me with a very problematic issue and was able to effectively troubleshoot. Kenny eased my anxiety by having an answer to all my questions and by fixing the problem at hand. She was professional and effective. You can’t ask for anything more!

Rude and unprofessional staff. The staff seem to have different information than Tmobile supervisors at the call center, so either the staff don't know what they are doing and weren't properly trained, or Tmobile is just totally disorganized. I had a bad experience with T mobile in general-prices high, contracts impossible to get out of. I went to this store to get help figuring out how to lower my bill, and the staff were dismissive and outright rude to me. I went to the Verizon dealer on Main street instead, they had much better deals. I do not recommend this store, or Tmobile for that mtter.

Very rude! Im asking what type of plan is the cheapest with free phone, he said magenta and hang up, I called again and ask why is he so rude, and he was like “NO NO NO IT WAS THE BAD SERVICE” he sounds like 15yo talking! even so what is that mean? T mobile is not a good service or staff cant give a good service?

I didn't get a good experience here either. I got a new phone. But sim card didn't work in the new phone. I went to this store for help, but the staff didn't help me and gave me some wrong info to let me try it at home. But that didn't work at all. So I have to go to a different t-mobile store in huntingdon station, where they give me a new sim card and make it work immediately. Maybe I met a different staff in this store, I don't have a good experience, and probably won't visit it anymore.

Amazing service from T-Mobile in Huntington! Raza and Kenya were extremely knowledgeable and professional in helping my Mother and I switch service from AT&T. They found us a great plan and a fantastic deal on two new iphones. They walked us through all of the details and made sure we were satisfied with our new service. If you are thinking of switching to T-Mobile I highly recommend stopping in here to speak with Raza and Kenya, we are so glad we did!

I didn't have a positive experience with this location. In early spring we connected 3 lines while upgrading two phones. I was told by the store representative that one of the phones we were trading in (iphone 6) would result in a $250 credit that would be credited back to my account after the second billing cycle over a 24 month period. I never received this credit and visited the store twice only to be told that the promotion had expired a month prior to our original visit but the store would take care of us. Well, I'm still waiting to be taken care of and have yet to hear back. Secondly, a week after setting up our family plan a store representative changed my plan without my knowledge and moved us up to a more premium plan. I only found this out by reviewing my plan online and speaking with a corporate representative. Why were we upgraded, who knows but it definitely was done without my consent. T-Mobile corporate has been great to communicate with directly, but be careful with this store.

If you coming here, ask to speak to Raza. He's one of the best sales person I have delt with. Not pushy, answered all my concerns regarding my account and my bill. He even helped me decide which phone will work best for me with my work. Overall awesome experience, will recommend all my family and friends to come here, without a doubt.

This store has absolutly the best customer service I have expirienced compared to any other cell phone carrier. These guys actually care about what I need help with it. Ash was extremely helpful and if you are looking to switch over go to him because he will always give you the benefit of the doubt.
