I find the staff to be lacking in customer service skills. They seemed annoyed when you ask them to do their job and help the paying customer.

The manager is always friendly and helpful as is the staff. It must start there, because I've never had anything but good service. If I don't find exactly what I need, I have had good luck with the online and store pick up option too. I think it is a small store but with a pretty decent selection. I've even gotten some cute bags there!

Thus DSW in Kings Mall located next to Marshalls does not have a wide selection of shoes. They are limited in the number of brands styles for both men and women. You would have better luck just ordering online or going to the Middletown one. Middletown they have a great selection ranging from men's, womans and kids.

The manager, a short guy, was yelling at, and humiliating an employee of his, telling him that he is "worthless" He's known for treating his employees like garbage. At one point he told me that a section of the store was a mess because a "new employee who doesn't know what he's doing" was to blame.

Every time I went there, the staff was always friendly and helpful. They had a wide array of shoes and sneakers for adults. I usually look online to see what the availability is before showing up.

Attentive staff and fair prices, but limited floor space also limits the stock on display. Selection suffers a bit especially in the children’s section. Overall, the store is well-organized, clean, and parking is easy in the shopping center’s lot.

I went here for the first time recently and was impressed with their selection and prices. I wasn't able to find the correct size of a shoe I chose, but they do offer to ship the shoe in the desired size to your home for no extra charge. If when it arrives it is not what I wanted then I can return it to the store for a full refund.

good selection...if you are looking for variety and choice. this will give you more options to choose from rather than the few choices locally in men's and woman's fashion as it pertains to shoes. expect to pay a little bit more for the quality and the variety. I give it 3 stars because of the prices. I am happy with the choices and selection but not with the seemingly elevated prices.
