This company doesn’t care what you think. Especially the St. Cloud location. If you’re not on hold for 20 minutes, you’re pulling up to a temporarily closed pharmacy drive-through. And then you walk inside and wait another 30 minutes to get served. Every single time. Look at the reviews. Walgreens doesn’t care.

You know you wouldn't have such a line pile up if you actually like answered your phone, right? But when you don't answer your phone, we have to come in and ask if our stuff is ready then people stand there and ask you 50 questions, call doctors and insurance, and interpreters and whatever else you all have people doing there. Absolutely ridiculous here

Pharmacy staff was All Star even though very short handed. Front register, rudest individual I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. 1 simple question & she bit my head off. I tried a second time with worse response. I left my armful of merchandise & went across the street to CVS. Same short handed situation but world's better attitude. I'm done shopping at Walgreens except for pharmacy services.

Promise to have your prescription ready in one day, get there 2 days later and its not ready. " Can you go away and come back." That is the response when you ask Why did you not call me? after driving 50 miles round trip.

This a 24/7 Walgreens Pharmacy. Just got out hospital needed meds asap. We're closed sat and sun. So no meds tell. Mon. Tried to transfer prescription. Sat on hold over 30min but drove there still on hold. Got there they were very rude about it. Giving me hard time. Finally got transferred. Done wit they Pharmacy. Lots of Pharmacys and other ppl complaints of same thing. Hard to get hold of. Every? If open

You don't know what you got till it's gone, this used to be a good place to get your prescriptions filled. It is no longer. You never know when they're gonna be open, staffed have your meds or not. Find anywhere else because this place has become a disaster.

Went to this Walgreens, because the one I normally go to was closed. Leonna was rude telling me they couldn't find my daughter's prescription and that they would have to manually enter it and that I need to call prescribing doctor to transfer the order. She told me that they close at 4pm ( keep in mind it was only 2:40pm) and I can come back at 10 pm to try and fill it. Worst attitude and had the nerve to say she comes from a family that has "great" customer service skill. Disgusting 🤮

Went at 8pm Saturday night to 24 hour pharmacy. Closed until Monday Morning! This place is open 24/365. What the he'll happened? Did they all get covid? Could they not get coverage from another location till Monday morning? It's always something at this location. Super high traffic location, can't they get more help in pharmacy. Endless wait. A total joke. Insurance forces me to only go there.

Um...hello? Where is the walgreens staff support? Manager? It's 1130pm, nothing is open in St.Cloud aside from your walgreens! The line is ridiculous, and when I ask the poor lone ranger employee- (Patrick), if he has back up or can get his manager to assist he informs me that there's no other staff on site. As a result, I left a number of items behind that I needed to price check, but didn't want to stress him out further and hold up the longgg line. I told him I could come back tomorrow, for the other items, hoping that it would be properly staffed tomorrow night, but he again stated that it would just be him again. As you well know the Walgreen's @ 17 Division St. right down the road, operates seamlessly. They are quick, courteous, and professional, as one would expect from any Walgreen's. Note to Management: Patrick is a great employee, but it's very unfair to both him and customers, that this location isn't properly staffed, or has backup available when needed at one of the busiest stores in town!!👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

This was the worst experience at a Walgreens I've ever had. Came for a COVID booster. Walgreens.com said this was the only place I could go. I drove 30 miles to get here when my local Walgreens is 2 miles away. I was here 15 minutes early for the first appointment of the day. There was one person working drive through, one person working the registers and a line (not exaggerating) 15 people long. I saw the pharmacist turn a person away who need to fill a prescription for a procedure this morning. Stay away from here and go somewhere else, if possible.
