this place smelled so bad and the music was so loud i couldnt hear myself think. every store that plays music should only play music without words. classical music theoretically is supposed to make the brain a lil more electric which can make a human make smarter choices, but i dont think old navy wants smarter shoppers... they want shoppers brain washed by lame manipulative top 40 music so they can be walking around singing a song and picking up any mechandise even if they dont need it. the smell in there was repulsive. it smelled like raw hot dogs, boloney and mayonnaise in a blender. i went in there looking for a new backpack but couldnt focus on my own thoughts and i refuse to not control my own thoughts a lot of people dont even realize they dont control they own thoughts and they have thoughts that are manipulated by popular beliefs or commercials. all of these manipulative actions are because old navy cares more about shelf life than human life. The quicker they can get it off the shelf the better... another mentally and spiritually disgusting trait that was developed because of the "death debt and taxes" motto the government enslaves us to. it would be nice and a more pleasant shopping experience if the government embraced a motto of HEALTH WEALTH ROYALTY & LONGEViTY and abolished death debt and taxes.#God #8EFE

Typical old navy experience, and I mean that in the best way.... reasonable quality for reasonable prices and then the sales to knock your socks off. They keep it well socked too so bonus points on them for that.

They change their plus-size clothing they're all too short now so I never end up buying anything there anymore

This store is always disorganized when I go. I did an online pickup and the sensor was on the dress when I got home. My husband took it back to have the sensor removed and was given the third degree by a young lady as if she didn’t believe him even though the order information was in the shopping bag.

Good customer service. Has become my go to place for work out clothes and good selection for boys.. decent sales and clearance deal. Will ship you items if not there in store for free...

Place in running down hill. Customer service didn't even exist. Seem like everyone was MIA. Dressing room literally had a WEEKS worth of clothes in each room. Everything is marked so high and the quality is horrible. Gap needs to close Old Navy down.

One of the fav brand. Good shopping store. Nice pretty clothes especially kids. Good quality shirts. Men's shirt with decent sober color shades. Reasonable and affordable prices.
