We've had a few problems with this store before and I never did a review but this time it was too much. I went there with my wife and we bought what we later found at home it was a rotten salmon filet. My wife went back to the store with the receipt and the actual rotten fish just to request a refund. Well that wasn't enough, they wanted the bar code on the fish envelope that was at the time in my trash bin, so bottom line they made me put my hands in the trash along with the stench of rotten fish just to take a picture of the bar code and send it to my wife that was at the store trying to get the refund, so she could "proof them that our problem or inconvenience was real". Shame on them. Every day we grow unhappier to shop there and any time we have the time to go elsewhere, even if is further away, we do.

It is insane selling food that is already expired is unlawful and shall never be sold to the public. It could be toxic and cause death; I wrote this because they don’t answer the phone. I waste my money buying yogurt for my kids; how dare they pass the health inspection, I ask myself? I recognize myself for not checking on the product, is my fault, but it doesn’t mean that someone is not responsible for doing it. I ask you’ll to be more careful for the sake of your customers.

Grocery delivery is a joke!! If they can find your home that is, if not they drop your groceries anywhere. They do not care. All they offer is a refund if you call customer service. Hire people that can use a GPS please.

I bought a game yesterday for my son when I arrived home and opened it there was no cartridge. I then notice a small hole and a line of black sharpie to make it look like there was something in there. When I returned to the store the “supervisor” said there’s nothing she could do because the game was behind glass prior to purchasing the game. Ok what does this tell you? Maybe, your employees are stealing games and putting empty cases out so your customers end up buying them. I spent $60 for a game I did not receive.

I enjoyed my shopping experience here. I had a huge shopping list and I got what I came for. There was an issue with popular sizes in the men's section but it wasn't a big deal. The checkout line was short and moved along quickly. The cashier was friendly and we were out in minutes. The mobile cart was fully charged thankfully and was a big help.

Been to a thousand Walmarts. Never had to write a review about one.. worst experience ever. Curbside pick up crew hands orders out to just anybody. No Apple Pay inside, and after they give your order away and you’re there waiting for 40 minutes waiting for some kind of associate feedback the “manager” comes out to tell me that it’s my lost and there’s nothing they can do for me. Even after waiting there for close to an hour without any help..The manager says call a 1800 number so I can request a refund. Instead of getting me my already paid for groceries or even allowing me to get the groceries after they already wrongfully giving them out to just any person who parks at pick up.. try the next Walmart if you have an extra 10 minutes.. worst supermarket experience ever. Now I have to try to get my groceries again tomorrow :) Save Money, Live Better ? Stay away from this Walmart then. You will lose time,money, and most importantly.. your cool. Peace be with you all, just stay away from this place. I warned ya

10:50pm on Saturday 07/16/22. Manager refused to price match on a toy. Walmart price matches!! This toy was ringing up for $48 and online I saw that both Walmart and Amazon had it priced at $35. I showed her both and she still refused saying Walmart does not price match. Walmart should train their managers better….

Today I went to Walmart to buy a printer. Saw one on display and it was $99. I looked underneath where they had one in stock to check if the display and the box matched. Which they did. I put it in my cart and went to the register to pay. Claudette started to ring me up and when I notice the price I mentioned to her that it said it was $99. Claudette instantly stopped removing the security tag and with a bothered attitude said that’s the price ($189). I said the price is showing $99 and I checked both display and box to make sure they are the same. As she checked she kept saying with a bothered attitude that’s the price. Claudette went back to the register and put the printer away so that it wasn’t anywhere to be found. She then disappeared and found her helping another customer. Herbert shows up to help however he is saying the same thing Claudette was saying without checking or asking what is the issue. After showing him the display and the box he kept saying that’s not the same. They are the same however he was trying to say that the Price labeled doesn’t match the display. He then also walked away. So was left there and everyone disappeared. The worst customer service experience. So went to the front customer service desk to ask for a manager come to find out they are both managers, Claudette from electronics and Herbert from toys. Both of them need to go treat people as they would like to be treated. This occurred today Sunday 6/5/2022 between 5pm - 6pm which I would like for the cameras to be reviewed to validate what occurred. After all of this issue I spoke with Coach Roger (another manager) and explain the issue informed him if they ONLY treated me well with great customer service and be apologetic I would’ve just purchased at a retail price. Display and price was kept the same nothing was removed or corrected. See attached pictures.

I've been going to this Walmart for about 3 and a half year's at first it was good they had just about everything You needed? And there was always enough Cashier's too be able too check out pretty quick! But now it's very different there's usually not many things I use the Isles of the fruits and vegetables Seems empty and dirty looking i also noticed they don't Sell regular Orange Juice? Like Tropicana minute Maid and Other brand's including Walmart brand that would be Great value? And I took my time and looked everywhere and the Only thing I found was Sunny D 🤔 and everyone knows that Sunny D isn't Original OJ 🤷♀️ but the worst part is that basically all their employees don't Speak or barley understand English or Spanish or any other languages Other than Creole? So when you ask for help getting something or whatever else you May need You might as well go look for it Yourself because you ain't gonna get helped!! And on top of that they are very rude!! Here I was with my husband a full 🛒 of Stuff were going down the Isle and there's 4 of them Supposedly Stocking with there Stuff in the middle their all talking laughing and were trying too get through? You would think they would at least move there Cart and let us through right? Wrong!! I Said very polite excuse Me can We go by?? They acted like we were 👻👻 and then got upset because my husband moved the Cart so we could go get what we needed instead of having too go all around another Isle to enter the other way!! And when it's time too pay you better be ready and patient because there's only about 3 or 4 Cashier's Open and too night and Other night's the line for Self checkout Starts all the Way in the back too where the children's Clothes is located at!! I love Walmart I always have but starting today I Rather drive further and go too the Jog Rd and Forest Hill Blvd Store or the One on belvedere and 441 Location it's better too use a lil More ⛽ and Time but at least you won't be aggravated and you'll find what you want and be in & out and on your way home 🌴🏡🌴🚗👫🐈🐈

No Price on many things. I bought four plastic containers that were $20 a piece. But no price shown on the aisle. It also showed if you bought four the price was $75. Could not get that done at the checkout. The cashier was in such pain that I didn't want to argue. Talked to three people on the floor and none of them could help. Two stars for having so much to buy.
