I am a former Ross employee I resigned in 2018 . I use to be Fes! I love Ross, it’s still my favorite store! So I know the rules and good customer service! This store in particular has the most rudest cashiers so not friendly never friendly just say next and next! I met one of the assistant store managers now I see why! Katie needs to be fire for the most nasty snooty attitude of all time I have never met any one in the last few years of my life like this! I stated I was getting married and her reply just had me as they say a deer in head lights. Saying she wouldn't get married and she isn’t a peoples person SO WHY ARE YOU IN RETAIL !? I just said okay! It sucks when ppl like this are let in higher positions when someone else with a more pleasant attitude towards things and just overall better fit for the positions are always over looked and yet qualified. I still have friends that work for Ross and I told them my experience and to my surprise they say the same thing about this lady! I guess if you bring in numbers I guess that’s all that matters! Smh! The worse ! Some people need to be evaluated! Ross is still a cool company to work for and shop at ! Some attitudes are just not needed smh I was never disrespectful smh

I’ve never been so disgusted walking into any store in my life. The whole store smelled like body odor. Clothes and hangers all over the floor. The store was completely trashed. Merchandise knocked over and misplaced. I understand it’s a weekend but staff should be in place to keep the store at least somewhat managed even during busy hours. Absolutely awful experience and won’t be back to this location.

I needed a pair of dress shoes last minute for a funeral I'm attending tomorrow. They had a nice pair at an excellent price. I was in and out quickly and the associates were professional and friendly.

Need more staff that only stocks and reshelves items. When I was there this week, it was a disaster. Don't knoe if store is short staffed, but makes for. frustrating sbopping

The store was clean & tidy. I was able to find & purchase what I came to look for. Staff was very nice....I couldn't find where the tablecloths were & a security personnel asked where they were & took me to that section. He even helped me look through the tablecloths but I'm sorry to say, they didn't have a lot of selection. But I purchased other items and found them at a reasonable price! THANK YOU!!!!!

Ross is iconic and their brand needs refreshing as well as the mission statement and company structure. The store is in prime position for monetary success and I see flaws in management. First there is only one cashier and security person. There is no system of check and balance. Employee theft is the biggest loss of revenue because certain hours are vulnerable for loss. It was early am and I was treated more as an aggravation than paying consumer. All of the prime items were gone yet I found items priced for 49 cents which makes no sense. Imagine the loss of revenue if this persists under the guise of supposably trusted employees, ,?????? Ross isn't lost the moral compass of their employees are.

For being located near the outlets and in the area that it is, this place is a disaster. It's always a mess and half the time the isle ways can't be walked through. I'd give it negative 1 star if I could.

Much cleaner than TJ funny enough. Good selection here. Good value. Everything was pretty spot on. Like any other Ross.
