“LIANA” (curly black & red hair) AT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. My partner purchased the “fruity marshmallow treats” from the bakery for $5.98+ tax. He shops at this location all the time. I rarely go inside because of disabilities. Anyways, we never keep receipts because we NEVER make returns or exchanges & usually do grocery pick up. My partner was denied an exchange tonight by this “liana” woman. Not a return, an EXCHANGE. He ended up throwing the item in the trash right in front of her in the store. He explained to her that we did not like the item. She told him he could get the same exact item. Uh, why would we want the same item if he just told you we didn’t like it & that it was nasty.. ? Her name tag was turned around so when asking for her name, another employee told him it was liana. I’ve read the walmart policy multiple times. It clearly states exchanges can be made without a receipt, as long as you show ID. Years ago when this happened to me, I was able to grab any other item that was the same price as the one I was bringing back. I’m not sure if that’s even her name, but I have a description of her. I will call corporate & do whatever I need to do. During these times when people are struggling, why would you deny someone an exchange for FOOD? I’m glad I don’t go in store. I would have caused a whole scene over those wannabe Rice Krispies treats. Disgusting behavior. Shame on walmart for hiring nasty people.

In self check out line with my kids and was accused of not scanning a alcohol beverage. After verified that it was scanned by self check agent(lady) She then returned before I walked off an accused me of not scanning suntan lotion. Which was verified it was scanned. Not a good experience at all

Great selection, reasonable prices ( some name items dollars less than Publix) and surprisingly great produce and bakery items. Great experience.....

Normal grocery shopping experience. Nothing to complain about. Seemed maybe slightly cheaper than going to the Walmart Supercenter

It's Walmart. 🤷🏿 I have been seeing an improvement in their fruit quality. The avocados a great! Pricing is good for certain things. Some of the Great Value items are better quality then the more popular brands. By the same token, just because it's Great Value doesn't mean it's great value.

Decent neighborhood Wal-Mart grocery store. The store is always clean, well stocked and the costumer service is good 😊 👍

This store is fully stocked and sells things at a very great value. It is a pretty clean store and the staff is always nice and polite. One stop shop for anything you may need. Lots of baked goods and cakes. Their groceries are always fresh. They also have toys and cards for last minute gifts. I really like their selection of teas. Lines are pretty long in the evenings so be prepared to wait.

This was my firat time going here and the experience was awesome! I asked for several items and an associate took me to each area instead of just pointing or having a little scanning thing. The associate was very nice and patient with me. This Wal-Mart does not sell shoes or clothes however in my opinion it's still one of the best in town just because of the friendliness of associates and customers too! Thank you smaller Wal-Mart for being great!
