It has been a long time but I brought a British bull dog from shake a paw when she was 11 weeks old. Her name is Fancy because the way she looks .till this day now .fancy is 11 yrs old n still looking healthy and beautiful. I'm so glad I came to you Guys .fancy has changed every one Life in my family n now she's a Service dog that helps Seniors citizens at the Nursing home!!!!!!! She was expensive but worth every penny!!!!!!!!

I came in to the the shop today around 8pm and I was interested in getting a puppy for my son’s birthday. I saw lots of people there playing with the puppies and I saw one puppy that I was interested in getting but I was waiting for the lady that was working there to finish up with another customer so I can ask her to see a puppy but another lady with her daughter beat me to the punch and asked her to see a puppy. Then when she finished up with her I was able to ask her to see a puppy. Then she had the nerve to tell me “well idk if you can it’s getting late, I have to see what time it is”. She then checks her phone and she said “well it’s 8:15 so you might be okay since it’s not 8:30pm but first are you interested in buying a puppy today?” I was confused of why she would even ask me that as I am in a store to purchase a puppy, but I told her yes and she said okay we’ll hold on. During the time I waited I realized that she didn’t even say the things she said to me to the lady with the daughter. I asked her literally a second after she finished with her so why would she only ask me that question. I then decided to leave and go to another pet store another day. I was insulted at the fact that she assumed I just wanted to play with the dogs and not purchase one. Just cause I look young she automatically presumed that and not took me seriously as a customer meanwhile the lady with the daughter before me looked at 4 different puppies and she still didn’t ask her the same question that she asked me. I’m so disgusted with the customer service I received and will not be coming back!

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A PUPPY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT! I purchased a puppy from this place and since day one (the beginning of the year) she has been sick. I have visited multiple vets (two affiliated with Shake a Paw), and there hasn't been as much change in my puppy's health. They love to say they stand by their puppies, but they just want your money. Please run far away from this place. The horrific things they do are not fair to consumers nor the puppies they sale.

We had a great experience as first time pet owners. Tom helped us from A-Z and was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. Can’t wait to bring out puppy home but so far we have had an amazing experience at Shake a Paw, thank you Tom!

I purchased my Bulldog/Pug from here. The staff were very nice. Everything went well and 6 years later my dog and I are living in Naples, Florida. Happily ever after.

My girlfriend and I got our miniature schnauzer from shake a paw and We couldn’t be happier. They provided lots of information to help us take care of our pup. Every time I go there to pick up some treats, I always feel welcomed. I would highly recommend them if your looking for a new furry friend.

Great experience. Nice selection of puppies and little bunnies. All the pets are so adorable. It made it so hard for me to pic a puppy. I loved them all. I am going back for a puppy soon. 😊 Sales personnel was also great, very helpful and patience. Thanks guys!

The minute my daughter and I walked into Shake a Paw, Tina and her staff treated us with the utmost respect and supplied us with abundance information before we purchased our bunny, Snow. They treated us like we were family, made us feel cordial and we would like to thank them for their knowledge and sincereness. I highly recommend Shake a Paw in Lynbrook.

Has the cutest selections . I love how you get to interact with the cups , the mood in there is so inviting . And there's always plenty staff around to help you with your questions . Noone rushes you out the store or interrupt your interactions with the pups . Ooh and there's always cleaning going on none stop . . We got our English bulldog(white) from there . Great experience
