This store is a fantastic place to shop for a new bed. This was the 3rd bed I've purchased there and will always recommend Mattress Firm to my friends and family. Was not impressed with my experience. I go in and am immediately greeted by a sales person. He told my fiancé and I to not look at the prices while trying out the beds. My mistake for not speaking up and expressing my budget because the bed we liked after testing them all blindly was $6000, way over budget. I was not happy with that price as I was not looking to spend that and I then found the sales person to be pushy and saying anything to make the sale. At one point I was told that he doesn’t do it for the money, he does it to enhance the health of those who come in. It just seemed too desperate of an attempt to make sale on a bed that was way out of budget.
