Had a horrible experience with your guy DAVID (brown ugly guy at the front). He was very rude. Told lies about what car I was getting and had no customer support skills whatsoever. Told us we couldn't get another car even though he gave the car we were promised to another customer right in front of us. When I asked why he did this he had no legitimate reason. This has destroyed my view of avis and I will never recommend you to anyone cause of your boy David.

Over the years, I've rented vehicles several times and always have a great experience. The staff has always friendly and courteous behavior. Cars are always clean. Would never go anywhere else! I would recommend this place to anyone.

The customer service representative named Deepek profiled me by asking a bunch of questions like why do i want to change cars and what company I work for. He also stated he wanted to make sure no one took advantage of the company as if I ever did!! i remained polite even tho I was offended only for him to deny my car change and I ended up leaving with the same vehicle. I’ve rented cars from this place for the last 3 months and have never experienced a problem before this guy.

David was extremely professional. I was nervous about getting the suv I needed because of the lack of inventory this summer. He made sure that I had exactly what I needed. The prices were competitive and I had a selection of SUV’s. I would definitely use Avis at Massapequa Park again!

The website was easy to navigate, rental options were plenty, and date availability was good. The car, 2019 Silver Ford Fusion, I picked up was vacuumed, but not cleaned out. The staff members were kind, prompt and noted all the scrapes around the entire car, but told me not to worry about the interior where someone prior to us burned cigarette holes in the driver seat. I later found trash was left in the back pockets of the driver and passenger seats as well as pamphlets were stuffed behind the back seats where I had to anchor my child's car seat. After driving 33 miles the check engine light came on requiring an oil change when I was driving round trip over 600 miles. Overall we ended up having a safe trip.

Store was understaffed and only had one overworked attendant. The car I received was not what I expected. The car had an overwhelming air freshener and, when I removed it, the car smelled of smoke. I expect more when paying such exorbitant rates.
