Shelled out $121.00. and washer never got fixed. Unbelievable! Still haven't heard a word on my refund or my part being returned ( wasn't the correct size..didn't fit)

Waited about 3 weeks to get a tech appt. Very good, the tech was friendly, very informative and completed the job very efficiently. I thought. After 4 days I tried to mow and the mower was dead, same problem. Called for service and have to wait almost a month for a tech to come back. I bought a new whole house maintenance contract that I now regret. Will I have to wait almost a month for repair? I'm not happy. I will contact by phone after the holiday.

The technician was extremely knowlegeable about the equipment. He had to fix the faulty part rather than replace it since it would have taken two weeks to get the part and another appointment. He answered all questions and extended our service plan.

The water softener has not worked for years. A technician has come about 8 times in the past year. Each time he will replace a part or say he will come back to replace a part. It never fixes it. This unit should be covered under the lemon law and should be replaced with a new one. The technician is great and a pleasure to know but the job is not getting done. At one point an appointment was rescheduled 8 times. Which of course, means being tied to the house and waiting. Why not simply honer the lemon law and replace the unit?

The repair went as plan and everything seems to be okay. I did have to have my husband unplug the machine the first time we used it as it was spinning and hadn't even put water in yet but that seemed to reset it and has been ok since. My big question is why Sears would put more money into a older machine then what I paid for it. It just doesn't make sense to put $1500 into a washer when you could have replaced it for probably $800. No wonder your warranties are so expensive.

I had a great experience. I was able to track the time the service person would arrive. He was pleasant and professional. When everything was fixed he took the time to explain everything to me. The cost was much less that I expected.
