great book store with a wide variation and a starbucks!! the store also sells vinyls, kids toys, and kpop albums !! in the comic/manga section there are a few figures being sold too. the back of the bookstore is a childrens section which i loved as a kid (though they removed the thomas the train toys). would go more often to grab stationary!!

This is my go to spot to relax or to get some work done. I pretty much only spend time in the cafe for a couple hours a day, a few times a week. The employees there are super sweet and helpful, the coffee is pretty good too. I just wish they took starbucks memberships because i order a lot there so it would be nice to get those points, but its not that huge of a deal. Overall the place and people are great and I recommend to anyone looking for a place to get work done, enjoy some coffee, or just relax.

Always a pleasure to visit! Staff always well-informed and helpful! Our cashier woman provided a great summary of the book loveless- love young adults doing their thing. No wonder my kids love coming here to!

As far as B&N locations go, this is among the best. Super robust graphic novels section, lots of scifi and fantasy, helpful staff that isn't completely impossible to find. I enjoy my trips here.

A very nice, friendly staff, always welcoming and courteous, they make one feel at home, in a bookstore the size of a warehouse how could one not feel that warm fuzzy feeling all over! Just go grab yourself a cup of Starbucks coffee from the friendly staff and either (first buy or be ready with a book of weighty magnitude to sit for awhile and read your troubles away). Sometimes there are friendly people with a chessboard available at this location awaiting a novice or master to challenge! I’ve found myself watercoloring at this location and the friendly staff were so gracious, (what would you expect from a bookstore whose art book section is immense and has reams of endless fodder) the staff are always knowledgeable, this I’ve found out early! They always have read the books they talk about and search out new and exciting TikTok trends, banned books, Japanese novelists, race and gender books, etc, from my knowledge of books being 100 books from reading 1,000 I’d have to say a grand majority of the books I’ve bought were from this store. The placement of books of this Barnes and Noble is definitely a labyrinth of wondrous delight. I always seem to find new books whenever I visit which is why I always visit! The magazines are a great addition- the books in Spanish are a great addition for when one is gifting for family or when one needs to refine their second or native language (my second language is Spanish) When walking through the journals we see how intricate they are and painstakingly elaborate they’re constructed. I always find my myself glaring at the poetry section/ playwright section with admiration as this is where I spend quite a bit of my expense. Barnes and Noble in Mohegan Lake is a labyrinth of books and gem of friendly people and tomes!
