Two separate stores next to each other for Men's and Women's.Nice staff working here and very helpful without being too pushy.They were really helpful.This store offers an incredible selection of Coach bags at very reasonable prices . 60% - 70 % discount of all Coach items currently.

The sales people are some of the best I have ever seen. Most places say they will try to help you but this location has staff that go above and beyond to help you find exactly what you are looking for. I will definitely start here next time I go wallet shopping.

An A-OK location with tons of merchandise. There was minimal staff here. One in the front, one in back with clearance and shoes, and one final one on registers. They were all busy with customers as we looked around. They have regular priced items with lower discounts mostly to the front. Then there is clearance and shoes in the back half. Registers are off to the left from the entry. I like their wristlet bags, and they make nice gifts for friends / family, especially for holidays and special occasions (birthdays and such). Overall: B Solid location, average savings, nothing crazy. Minimal staffing.

If I buy anything from Coach, it's a big deal, due to prices. But I got what I wanted and everyone there was helpful and attentive. Enjoyable experience.

Great outlet branch! Love that there are 2 separate stores next to each other, one is Coach Men's, the other is Coach Women's. 70% of all Coach items currently. I picked up a $400 classic Coach, cross-over bag/purse, for women. It comes in light blue, black & Red. With the 70% off & other discounts- I picked this bag up for $100 bucks! They even do free boxes & gift wrapping. I would Google: Coach Niagara Factory Outlet Mall to find out how long the 70% of everything sale is going till. I think at least another 7 days from now. I included a picture of the cross-over bag I got for $100 at the end of this post. It's going to make a great Christmas gift for my sister.

If I could rate this store a 0 then I would. I visited this store just over a month ago, no one greeted me. I walked around viewing different items, picked up a few things, and still no one had acknowledged I was there. I was looking for a purse to buy my friend for her birthday. I decided on a purse and wallet and made my way to the check out, which there was no one there. I continued browsing while waiting a few minutes before anyone came to cash me out. I got what I needed, that was fine. Coach has a 30 day return policy. I went back to the store 41 days later to see if I could get a refund or exchange. Again I made my way to the check out line where I found no one. I stood there and waited a few minutes before anyone even knew I was there. I explained that I bought the purse as a gift, my friend didn't love it, so I wanted to return or exchange the bag. I also live in Canada and I am not in USA often, which is why I wasnt able to return it within the 30 days. I was told no because there return policy is 30 days. I explained again, asking if there was anyway they could help me out because I still had all the original tags attached, and the original receipt. The lady said i will ask my manager. Waiting for another few minutes, the manager came up shaking her head. She said there is no way we can do anything since it is over 30 days. I explained the situation again and the whole time she was shaking her head. I ended up thanking her anyways and leaving. This store is lacking some serious customer service and should look into hiring more pleasant and customer service oriented managers. I will never return to this store.
