We moved from NYC to Nyack in 2018. Being NYers we did not own a car and as much as I tried I could not find a subway entrance anywhere in Nyack. We became car owners and knew nothing about car insurance. Mike and his colleagues patiently guided us through the process and we now have insurance on three vehicles. He also helped us with renters insurance and when we closed on our house in January we turned to Mike and Allstate for our home insurance. He has always been responsive to all of our many questions and we consider him a friend. We are glad to see Allstate active in our community and we encourage them to continue support of nonprofit organizations — especially in the time of COVID. Well done.

Today I went the Michael Mui's office with my father to visit Illena Lopez regarding my father’s life insurance policy. My father purchased the policy approximately 30 years ago. Hence Mike’s office never made a dime from the policy. My father and I don’t have any other policies with Allstate. Notwithstanding, they went above and beyond to help my father navigate what he needed to do. They were extremely courteous, professional, and caring. As soon as we walked in, we were nicely greeted, offered coffee, and chocolate :). We left so pleased with our experience. I said to my father that they went above and beyond for him imagine how they treat and care for all their other customers. I highly recommend that you consider them if you are in the market for insurance. A 5-star experience.
