Most work and painting on my car took nearly 15 days longer than estimated then on the day I was told I could pick up my car I show up and there is no one around and the shop is locked up regardless of the posted hours online saying they are open as well as the conversation I had the previous day with an employee letting him know when I’ll be there. This of course happens after I took my rental back already so now I have no car no one at car star answering my calls and missing work. Terrible terrible customer service I will never use their services again Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Overall the quality of the work was acceptable. However the lack of communication was not the most professional. Their initial estimate time to complete the work was not accurate and they never communicated that with me during the process unless I reached out to them.
