I would give it a 0 if that was possible. Horrible customer service, staff not friendly at all and have zero knowledge about simple little things such as a car remote's battery. Like literally none of them. Youtube has more knowledge about replacing a remote's battery in a 20 sec video than these guys. One guy tried to pry my remote causing extensive damage when all it took was to push a button.. Will never go there again.

Plenty of auto necessities and car gimmicks for every taste. Paradise for Motor heads. I just needed a wheel nut lock wrench and received a demo of which one would be best.

The employee's on the register aren't very knowledgable or helpful. Not very approachable either. The response to a question here is, "I would hope you would know." This store is best if you know what you want and need over requesting support.

Unfortunately this is the closest autozone to my home n iam starting to hate it. The costumer service is horrible and the guys working there are always with a nasty attitude. Specially the older guys. They need to hire different personel with a positive attitude towards any costumers walking into the store.will definitely stop going there and consider Amazon for my futures needs

Be careful while buying a car battery here. The older white woman will scam you by quickly scanning other items without asking. In my case it was a $3.50 'battery installation kit' but it's the principal. No one likes scammers.

Came to store to return something i brought online. The guy at the Register goes u need a transaction number. I have the receipt and everything from what i was given in the package and he refuses to take the return saying he needs the transaction number and tells me to call online customer service to get the transaction number. I go to another AutoZone and they accept the return right away. He was refusing my return because of no reason. So unprofessional!!!

I went into store and one of your associates after I purchased battery refused to exchange battery. Very rude and unprofessional. I decided I did not want battery after his behavior. Then went I went in for full refund was told it would take 3 to 5 days. His name was jack and very rude will never go again and will tell family and friends not to go to this store. Anthony Diaz. They sold me wind shield wipers and they broke after only using them for one day. When I tried to Return them they were extremely rude to me and the manager Mark made me feel like it was my fault, this isn’t my first time using windshield wipers. Definitely will not be returning, next time I’ll just buy it from Amazon they take returns no questions asked.

Great location and they have it parking lot. However sometimes the wait can be a little long. Besides that the employees are very helpful.
