Terrible!!! Came for them to tell me my prescription wasn't covered by my insurance and asked if I could just buy it out of pocket ($100) they said they didn't even have it in stock. Don't bother going here!!

I’ve never felt so attached to a pharmacy as this one. Dorothea, Andre, Ruby and team - always a bright smile and an affectionate hello - they treat you like family. Update: years later, still my fav pharmacy in the whole wide world. In fact Dorothea just called to ensure I requested the right medication for refill. The CVS team here is absolutely one of my happier constants in this world.

They know me. They know my name. I don't have to say anymore. Thank you!

I have been using this pharmacy for more than ten years - before the operations were taken over by CVS - and even though I no longer work near this area, I continue to fill my prescriptions here because the staff are very knowledgeable, courteous and do whatever they possibly can to fill orders with the best available price. I can't imagine anyone at this pharmacy treating a customer as badly as some of these reviewers state, perhaps those reviewers are used to being catered to and find it unreasonable when one doesn't drop what they are doing and run to them. I can only remind people, because the staff at CVS in Target are so good at their jobs, this location is very busy - they are only human - sometimes we all need to remember that there are things that are out of their control, such as what medication a particular insurance will cover, availability of a prescription from a manufacturer, a doctor's inability to return a phone call/email, and let's not forget that the world doesn't revolve around one individual, patience is sometimes required. If you treat them with courtesy and respect, you will receive the same in return. I highly recommend this pharmacy location!

I've been coming here for two years since I moved to Queens. The people are friendly and helpful. Especially Ms. Ruby is wonderful. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Not a good experience. Angry, unresponsive personnel who are rude and robotic in their answers. They seem to deliberately misread prescriptions to delay and create problems to patients.

Called 5 times and they just hang up on you. Very unprofessional.
