This is the WORST Dollar store, safe to say, in all of Queens, Brooklyn! It is absolutley disgusting, so filthy!! The aisle are blocked not just a little, but completely with carts that are full with merchandise, and boxes!! Merchandise torn open, or broken, including glass. The frozen food section, packages are old, dirty, open, it's insane! Shelfs are empty, but right in front are the boxes, I guess they can't be bothered to stock the shelves! Merchandise are all over the floor, all around the store! Only one employee at cash register, 3 ladies in the office laughing it up, having a good time!! Don't bother to coming here!!!!

The ambience of this store is horrible. There is no customer service at all in there. In some isle you have such and overstock of items all over the place. Other things in a disarray. Then you empty boxes in the food freezers. Most of the time you have one cashier working with a line of 10 or more people. It is hard to find what your looking for and there is hardly anyone one the floor to ask a question. Once people start complaing then co.es a second caishier. I understand that the location is not in the best spot. There should be someone there to keep the workers safe, and to protect the store. Before some seriously get hurt or the store gets robbed.

Dollar Tree Corporate can do better they have items but the stuff they have it's as if because it's in a minority neighborhood the stuff is trash. The people "In the hood" spend their hard earned money like those in the richer neighborhoods. I'm appalled and I see it all the time in the poorer neighborhoods. Dollar Tree please do better treat these areas the same way as if you cater to the people in Manhasset and richer neighborhoods.

There was a lot of empty shelf's this is the first time I'm seeing empty shelf's so maybe ppl did a lot of shopping I'll try going back in a few days

A lady named Mrs Lin was really nice and helpful...the manager for the afternoon shift was nasty she was constantly screaming at employees and customers! Even myself she screamed at because I asked her a question about a product in the store. Besides her everyone else there was nice but the place was very messy

the manger with the curly hair is EXTREMELY RUDE!! there is never a time that I'm in there and she is not arguing or cursing out a customer!! I mean every time I'm in there! and rumor has it that she came from a different location and she used to do the same thing over there. there is something mentally wrong with homegirl. overall the other staff is nice and the store seem to always have what you're looking for. but I currently avoid going there because of the attitude of one person. I have to look up corporates # and make a complaint.

Update much better more staff and organized. Good job! This Dollar tree is usual stocked but like a lot of Dollar tree stores it's a hot mess. They need 24/7 workers to maintain this store to clean up and stock the store neatly as well as the other stores in NY. They offer a large variety of party goods, seasonal items, groceries, freezer and refrigerator for products, family goods and household items. Parking lot and street parking available. Staff are pleasant. You can order online and pick up at store if you need a large amount of a special item. Would give 5 stars but needs organization and staff.
