There was a bum outside asking for money. I was attended fast but it is better to take your time and get the order right. I had to repeatedly ask for a fork and jelly. I asked for my receipt and I was not given my reciept. The male cashier was too busy speaking to the female cashier. He was also speaking in his language. I guess it was his girlfriend and he wasn't paying attention. Improve this and I will give all 5 stars. Customer Service needs to improve. Not just about being fast it is about the manners and treatment that matters the most.

Ordered my meals and the mgr started the order and walked off never to return. I stood there watching my partial order while the other employees took other orders. One person came in and told them her order was wrong...I should've walked out while I had the chance! I finally asked what was going on and they began to complete the order. I got home to find that I had chicken pieces instead of tenders and both of my chicken sandwiches had pickles, even though I asked for them to be removed. Nice staff but no clue what they're doing apparently.

Ordering ahead? You still have to wait 10 minutes. Picking up an order for a delivery that should've been ready 10 minutes ago? 10 minutes for that too. Order spicy chicken get regular chicken. Ask for ranch they give you sweet heat. Ask for coleslaw, they give you fries. Drive to Francis Lewis for better service and better quality of food.

I recieved a small portion of popcorn chicken instead of nuggets and paid for an extra biscuit that was missing. The staff is nice. I just wish i got what i ordered.

Ridiculously and extremely hot in that location! Owner refuses to turn on the Air conditioner for the employees which is literally against the law causing issues for employees, customers and the food! People have to wait outside for their orders! This is disgusting and utterly appalling as a restaurant franchise! Popeyes please do a secret visit and see for yourself. It’s horrible illegal treatment to the workers and customers are already beginning to just migrate away from this location just because of a simple AC issue!

Order chicken for my family they gave me a piece of drumstick the size of a wing. Why would they give a consumer such chicken. I suggest checking your bag before you leave.

Tiny, getting there is a disaster with this new york traffic and how the operators drive. Staff is ok but you can see even they're asking for more space at this location. Parking nextdoor to access this facility seem to be the norm.

I am beyond upset with my order. Firstly I placed my order through Uber eats, the meal did not a safety seal. Second I did not receive what I ordered even the soda was incorrect that I received. No ketchup no hot sauce and asked for that in my note on the app. They just did their own thing with my food that I paid for. I didn’t stole it I paid for it.

Chicken sandwiches and chicken wings are always delicious at this Popeyes location. Pricing is reasonable and lines are rarely long. Thanks Popeyes for great service
