I have been shopping at Jared since my engagement in 2015. The customer service is outstanding. Yvette has helped me upgrade my wedding set a few times! I recently worked with her to create my an upgraded set within a budget I was comfortable with. Her knowledge and attention to detail are on point. She listened and understood exactly what I wanted and she delivered! I now have my forever, dream wedding set. I will always go to Yvette at Jared for all my luxury jewelry and accessory needs!

I had promised my mother-in-law, who lives in a nursing home, that I would get the battery replaced in her favorite watch. I had no idea what type of battery we'd need as the watch is very old, I quickly realized that this wasn't a quick trip to Walmart for a battery, I'd have to seek the help from a jeweler. I instantly thought of Jared's, on Hyland drive, and was not disappointed. I had the pleasure of working with Charli. She was a delight to work with as I was thinking such a silly request would be pushed aside. She took the watch and installed the new battery right away. Thank you Charli you made a 87 year old woman's day.

Lilian and Marcey couldn't have been any more wonderful with their service, expertise, kindness, and uplifting personalities. My girlfriend and I came in, knowing Jared was a far higher standard than others, and to walk in wanting only information, to walking out with something even BETTER and more price efficient, just blows out minds. Smiles from ear to ear from both of us, until the end of time! Thank them oh so much! This day couldn't be any better!!!

We had a very specific style engagement ring we were looking for, Charli spent a lot of time looking through multiple books of settings and found us our dream ring! She was so patient and accommodating, always calling and following up with us on the status of it's delivery. As soon as the setting came in Charli was able to get the diamond set and the ring back to us in less then 24 hours. We highly recommend you ask for Charli when visiting Jared in Rochester, she is such a pleasure to work with and truly takes time and care into helping you find exactly what you're looking for.

My wife and I came in yesterday only to look around and we were treated extremely well. Lily and Yvette too such great care of us that we walked out with the ring my wife had fallen in love with. They even helped me keep the wedding band a surprise to my wife, cleaning and wrapping it separate from the engagement ring. It was awesome to have something to surprise my wife with since she already knew about the engagement ring. They answered all questions and provided a lot of options and feedback when it came to product and financing options. We've been to other jewelers and felt so dismissed, but not here. It was an amazing and stress free experience. I would 100% recommend Jared and specifically this location. Thank you again, Lily and Yvette, this was such a great experience.

Marcey was so kind and helpful when my fiancé and I went in looking for my wedding band. She listened to my ideas but also suggested some of her own.
