I was at my mechanics, who placed an order on the Wendy's app. They delivered by Door Dash. The driver sped off in traffic dangerously. It was because He knew He didn't have the drinks and a missing burger. When the store was called, they seemed indifferent, left us on the phone for 10 mins, and proceeded to tell us we had to come to the store. Zero attempts at apologizing and a negative attitude. When I arrived, they did not have the food ready. The drinks were ready, so I asked about the missing food. The girl got nasty because I asked if they had the missing food as well? In a nasty tone and attitude, she replied, " If you wait, I'm getting it." I explained, "I just was confirming what was missed. " This store has gone downhill fast with service . I would not suggest this store if you want good attitudes and service. Atrocious!!!!

Waited 5 minutes at drive thru to be waited on. No line, just no service, very disappointing. Didn't apologize for the wait, didn't say thank you after paying. Slowest service at Wendy's ever. To top it off the hamburgers were cold. Wendy's is going downhill fast. Try hiring good employees.

still cannot seem to get it right; consistently reiterated the order & despite all else (after only requesting fresh fries), in requesting a refund(because received old salty fries), the returned amount was of someone else's order—handed back $1.48 less than what i had actually paid. because it had been @ the drive–thru, it was much too petty to continue besides — i feel as it had been karma, that I'd held the line up the food ended up being disgustingly unsatisfactory because it hadn’t been prepped properly

Cashier was phenomenal but the restaurant was disgusting. The tables were dirty. The floor to the bathrooms is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Felt like I was on ice. My 86 year old mother was scared to walk on them the men's room had a puddle of pee the size of lake Ontario would not eat here again.

The slowest drive thru in North America. If you have absolutely nothing to do for an hour and a half then this is the place for you. Cold food, impatient staff and straight up slow. There was no one in front of us for literally 15 minutes. Save your money and time and go anywhere else...

Fast service and fresh food, sometimes it is cash only, which happens at other locations as well. Otherwise, i was happy. We got a biggie bag each. Perfect for lunch.

This is the worst Wendy's drive thru in Rochester. I've gone there twice for breakfast and both times after being the only car in the drive thru, no acknowledgement on the intercom after waiting atleast 5 minutes. Today there was a sign on the drive thru speaker saying the machine was down, cash only. Cmon!

Had good food, a little different than the other fast food hamburger chains. Their meat is different, maybe never frozen and made on a grill. When you can find coupons or get a value meal, the prices aren't too bad either !

Waited in the to go line for 20 mins. Finally got to the microphone to order and she said her machine was down. So I patiently waited even longer with no explanation then asked if they could take my order without putting it into "the machine" and she proceeded to have a horrible attitude with me. Maybe a manager should figure something out to write it down when cars have been waiting a half hour or better without an attitude. Especially since its customer service based. Absolutely disgusted

Stopped by on a busy Friday night and the staff was friendly and the new bourbon bacon combo was hot and fresh. My new favorite Wendy’s
