Terrible experience with an amazon return. I have returned an Amazon item at this location with out a box in the past without any issue. It clearly states on the Amazon website the following "Don’t worry about printing a label or packing up your item. Just go to Your Orders and select the item you wish to return. Tell us why you want to return this item, then choose a drop-off location that supports label-free, box-free returns. We’ll send you a QR code; bring your code and item to the drop-off location, and you’re done." In the incident I am referring to the associate took advantage of my teenage daughter and charged her an excessive fee of $10 to return two very small items that would have easily fit in a plastic envelope. I did speak with the associate today and he was adamant that the fee he charged her was justified. I have no words other than to say if you, a family member or friend do not want to be taken advantage of, stay away from this establishment.

Young male employee was very rude granted he was busy and decided to form two lines one for Amazon returns and one to help other customers when it was my turn for help he stepped back to the other register to help another customer which was fine and someone else came over to help me. He then yelled it was another customers turn and not mine I told him he should be more clearer with his instructions that I thought this was a line for Amazon returns he then scolded me saying that he was multitasking and he knows that I heard him and that it is now the lady in front of me Turn I do not mind waiting but there was no call for him scolding a customer and being as rude as he was. The older gentleman next to me said he couldn’t believe how rude the young man was. This place definitely needs to train its employees on customer service I personally will be happy never to enter this business ever again

I came all the way out here from Schuylerville because they advertised having a notary on site in the store. They do NOT. How about updating your local store's web page to reflect this?! Apparently other reviews point this out as well, thanks for the inconvenience UPS store!
