I am simply disgusted by the attitude of the office manager, Tony, who was rude and demeaning towards me. Tony clearly has a chip on his shoulder and should not be in a position of management. I was genuinely kind to this individual, just confused over a situation. His behavior towards me was unacceptable. The other staff at this office were very kind and pleasant. This is no reflection on them whatsoever.

I have always had positive interactions here! Everyone has always been helpful and kind at the window. The building is reliably open when advertised and is always clean. Even during the pre-holiday rush during Covid, I have always received great service! The building is mainstay on Broadway! Thank you for all you do!

I was simply trying to call to see if they had my mail there and I was on an endless phone loop for 20 min. Your phone system is useless for actually receiving any help if what you need isn't a menu option. Theres no way to talk to a person, yet any other post office I call has someone I can speak to. Maybe consider having better customer service.

I do not love post office -1 . They don't deliver my legal mail, just junk. I sign legal doc. To have all delivery services sent there and to be text when delivery comes in. They text I go in and they say there's nothing here we just finished mail for to day. I sign doc. To have every thing world wide sent there and I get nothing of value. Picked up only in person by me. They had me sign cards with them not filled out completely and said they needed my printed and writen hand writings. So I signed and wrote that I got nothing and it was for copy of my hand writing. They had this already on legal documents. I called police and told them still nothing. I also call for investagation and haven't heard any thing. I payed to renew my mail box and was told they don't take cash, say whay T? 😣
