Expensive and you have to make copies yourself. I'm not a copier, thats why I go to 0laces like this. Went on 5/16/2022 at around 530/6pm and one of the clerks was on the phone loudly talking about personal problems. I don't need to hear that either. Do yourself a favor and go to staples. ~Josh

Not happy at all with the supervisor here he doesn't do his job right I filled out a change of address with the right forward address's it the iright one this post office lost my mail I got a important card from my uncle and u rented it to him I filled the iright address my room mate mail too lost too we haven't got any of the mail very unfiar I would not recmond this post office to anyone they mess up the mail there liers when they the supervisor not there there there they don't want to hear complaints they want to lose ur mail ~Edward

I am simply disgusted by the attitude of the office manager, Tony, who was rude and demeaning towards me. Tony clearly has a chip on his shoulder and should not be in a position of management. I was genuinely kind to this individual, just confused over a situation. His behavior towards me was unacceptable. The other staff at this office were very kind and pleasant. This is no reflection on them whatsoever. ~S

Terrible experience with an amazon return. I have returned an Amazon item at this location with out a box in the past without any issue. It clearly states on the Amazon website the following "Don’t worry about printing a label or packing up your item. Just go to Your Orders and select the item you wish to return. Tell us why you want to return this item, then choose a drop-off location that supports label-free, box-free returns. We’ll send you a QR code; bring your code and item to the drop-off location, and you’re done." In the incident I am referring to the associate took advantage of my teenage daughter and charged her an excessive fee of $10 to return two very small items that would have easily fit in a plastic envelope. I did speak with the associate today and he was adamant that the fee he charged her was justified. I have no words other than to say if you, a family member or friend do not want to be taken advantage of, stay away from this establishment. ~Al

I rarely have a need for printing, but needed some documents printed at Staples. I submitted the order early in the afternoon. The website states the time it wouldn't be ready until 7pm. I needed it before then so had a plan in place for what to do if my order wasn't ready. I put the order in at 12:33pm. It was ready for pickup at 12:40 Talk about fast service! I visited the store to pick up my items. I was greeted by Amy. She was working diligently to serve the customers. She hadn't had lunch, but she put the needs of her consumers first. As an aside, I inadvertently made an error when I submitted the forms I needed printed. I forget to attach the back of the image. Right then and there, I emailed the form to Amy and she made it right. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the care she took to give exceptional service. And the prints came out exactly the way I expected them. Thank you, Staples and Amy. I recommend the location if you ever need anything printed. ~Mary
