Was told the only way to update info was to go online. I asked if customer service could do it if I called then and he said NO! I called customer service and they did it. I told then the store said they wouldn't help me, and customer service said he lied. Pfft. There you have it.

Not quite sure what to make of CELLULAR SALES... are they Verizon or NOT??? We bought a new phone at Cellular Sales in Saugerties and we were told we could bring back our old phone to any CELLULAR SALES store for a $400 "credit" (A regular VERIZON store would not take it back) We went to CELLULAR SALES in East Greenbush and they had no idea what I was talking about. They said I needed to buy the phone from THEM ( in East Greenbush) in order to get the store "credit". They asked who I worked with in Saugerties and they said they never heard of him. Now I have to make the long drive back to Saugerties. I should have dealt with a regular Verizon store from the beginning. Very frustrating!

Brian was fantastic. My phone took forever to back up due to the amount of stuff I had on it and he was extremely helpful through the whole thing. I would definitely recommend anyone to work with him for cellphone needs!

My experience at this store was very smooth. Nick Snow is fast, efficient and had me all set up on my phone and tablet quickly. He gave me a number to call with any questions but I didn’t feel the need because of his thorough handling of transfers and a bit of teaching. He and the other two reps there that day were very professional, friendly and knew their stuff. Highly recommend this Verizon store. Thanks so much Nick!!

I've been using Cellular Sales in their Saugerties location since having a few not-great experiences at other Verizon stores. The salespeople are always completely patient and interested in helping you solve whatever your problem is. Most recently, Andrew and Steven have worked way beyond my expectations to help me and my other family members on my plan, which is what compelled me to write this review. When there is a wait because it's busy, you know it's worth it because you will get all the attention you need when it is your turn. I recommend this business without hesitation!

The salesman Anthonly treated me with absolutely no respect, only looked at me once during the process of me "trying" too get help. He was obviously angry or frustrated with something else and was taking it out on the customer. When I kept asking for help with understanding my account he would talk under his breath and made it seemed like i was being a huge inconvenience on his day. Never had a problem at this place the 3 years I've been coming here until I had too deal with Anthony. DONT RECOMMEND.
