My husband and I come here all the time and we love it. We have only had one bad experience but there was an entire 20 person party seated next to us so they were understandably busy. Definitely would recommend for great drinks and delicious food! Great prices and servings sizes too.

20% gratuity included on dinner for 2. Beware of the fine print that says it “may” be included. It is definitely included. Took forever 2 get our order taken and then didn’t get our water/drinks refilled until we were leaving. All fine until you impose a mandatory $10 tip on 2 sushi roles which by the way have increased in price by 10%. 0 Stars. Here are a few reasons. Average sushi roll is 3 dollars more than any other sushi place in the area. Mr Wasabi is a much nicer place with much better prices and no mandatory tip. I asked that they let me adjust the tip and they said, no. Even after I stated that I would not go back if they enforced the tip. My wife went in a few weeks ago for take out and she waited 20 minutes before being helped and then didn’t get her food until 45 minutes total. This was on her lunch break from work. They have signs up that prices are going up due to costs but no other places in the area have increased prices or decreased serving sizes. This is a neighborhood place. I’d be surprised if they survive with the way they are doing business.

We have dined here several times in the past and the service was generally great. Not sure if they changed owners or what but we waited over 30 minutes for our meal and only my girlfriends entree came out as my dinner was given to another patron. Just not happy with the service; however 2 stars as the food was good.

Great Asian Fusion food. And the prices are reasonable. Many years ago this location was a Chinese buffet. Back then it was an okay B rated eatery. (i still remember the Chinese beer). When it became Jade Bistro it became the best sit-down restaurant in 12302. There is a good reason it is so busy! Negatives: The table service during the meal can be spotty — but the seating is prompt as possible. Overall, who cares. The kitchen has remained consistently great even while the front end struggles sometimes. I think new staff of late has improved this, but you should expect only to be: seated, order taken, served your food and presented the bill. If you want a new drink, expect to need to flag a table waiter which is not hard to do.

Entered at 6pm and were given a seat at the bar. Despite our best efforts, we could not get any drinks for a half hour. Then it took immense overtures to order appetizers and entrees. The appetizers arrived 45 minutes after they were ordered and the entree 45 minutes after that. We got the check 2 hours after entering the restaurant, with the closest thing to 'no service' I have ever encountered, and as a party of 3 we were billed a 20% gratuity - a robbery in broad daylight. They need to hire more staff or limit their occupancy, customers should not have to endure such a ridiculously awful experience.

Food is great. However, despite only a few tables being occupied during lunch, service was painfully slow. 20 min to get water. Server seemed annoyed in general, no pleasantries. Order was wrong when delivered to the table. Asked for chopsticks, she dropped them on the table despite my hand being out to take them. No follow up as to if we needed anything. No water refills. Had to request the check. Again, server seemed annoyed. Due to her (she's been grumpy at prior visits), unlikely to come back to dine in. Likely to do take out or find another restaurant.

I've been to this restaurant 20+ times. They have a great menu selection, as well as drink selections. My favorite by far is the sushi. The chefs are extremely talented and the sushi is always presented in a beautiful way that makes you snap a picture of it every single time. My favorite sushi roll is the Sunset Blvd roll (it has mango in it!). The wait staff is attentive and very friendly.

An absolutely amazing dinner experience with ALL the styles of Asian cuisine you could ask for. The Angry Bird roll was impressive as was the chicken Thai stir fry. Mojito and Mai Tai were mixed perfectly. Would go again and again.

The sushi is out of this world and Super fresh‼️ Staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Food was delivered promptly and you could tell it was made with love. Had an amazing experience and by the way, those mojitos are something else 👏🏼👏🏼 I will be returning shortly!!!
