It would have been four stars, but large apparently means everything but the rice. If your going to order a large you are going to have to order extra rice specifically, since there doesn't appear ro be any difference in how much rice you get from regular to large. It's enough for the first, not even close for the second. Edit: and apparently getting the fried rice options for an additional 3 or 4 dollars just trades out the white rice portion for it. You still do not get any more rice than before. The box for rice easily fits in my hand but the chicken box is more than twice the size and overflowing so much they don't even close it, becuase they can't. Second edit: got the regular size and found that it's just as bad. The rice box fits in my palm and the chicken still overflows its slightly smaller box.

Their rice and lomein are greasy and disgusting. It makes the whole dish non edible unless you use duck sauce and Teriyaki sauce to try to eat it. First dragon is the only one I eat at

Best Chinese food around! And it's always enough to have for a lunch or another dinner! They're such nice people.......since covid I miss being able to go in and see everyone!!

If you had asked me six months ago how this place was I would say great. The lo mein is on point, unique in many ways but very tasty. But whatever they've done to the cooking process of the sesame chicken or general tso has completely ruined it for me. I don't know if they've changed the the way they prep it but the breading and chicken taste mushy and dry. It used to be crisp when you picked it up. Now the chicken is all stringy and the breading tastes like it was prepped MANY hours earlier. It's a shame because it was the last good place in town :(. Honestly the only way I can see this happening is instead of crisping up the pre-bred chicken and then adding it to the sauce they just heat up some sauce and throw cold pre-prepped chicken in.

Well used to be good, but not anymore. Tonight nothing was correct, or had taste, and I ordered spicy. Last time for us! Sure miss the Happy Family!

Hot and sour soup was lukewarm, gelatinous and so salty I couldn't eat it. Fortune cookies were stale. Entrees were ok, the fried rice was tasty. This place was recommended to us but I wouldn't suggest it.

My husband and I ordered online. It was done on time and looked good, but had no taste! The Sesame chicken combo meal was supposed to come with a can of pop, but I didn’t get that.I asked for 2 forks and she handed them to me with her bare hands and the prong side in her hand. It just wasn’t very good.

Wonderful little place right in the heart of downtown! Prices are GREAT and I will be returning! I personally ordered pork fried rice and it was delicious! I'm really picky about my rice. My boyfriend ordered a chicken combo and it came with an egg roll and I loved it! Normally I just throw them away because I don't like them but I ate every last bite of it! I would recommend to anyone interested in good food with little wait time and low prices!

The menu is huge so it took us some time to decide. Food was flavorful and fresh but a little too oily for our taste. Prices can't be beat. Service was pleasant and reasonably speedy. Unlike many customers, we chose to eat in and the dining area, though small and has limited seating, was tidy and clean.
