I had a dead battery, out of the blue... Joe , there tow truck driver, first called to tell me his approx.Eta, then helped me diagnose the problem...dead battery I immediately went to a nearby auto store and purchased a battery, only to find out...you can't just unhook the old battery or you risk trying the computer. Well, now I needed a mechanic to change the battery... So I decided on a whim to try Eagle Auto... I drive in the parking lot, lady the truck running, went in the office where Sara greeted me with a smile and promptly squeezed me in with a mechanic, Brad to get my battery changed. I was in and out in less than a half hour, on an unscheduled emergency visit. Brad was even kind enough to reprogram my radio, clock, and computer... A Big Thank you to Sara, Joe. and Brad for your help and understanding. If their normal work is as good as they treated me, they have my recommendation.

Buyer beware they sold me a vehicle with a bad title, i lost 1,350.00 in payments due to them putting me in multiple vehicles to drive since may, only refunds deposit, i had to get albany dmv involed to get that back...they are not conducting business in the right way!08/26/2022 !!

Lyons national bank never sent me a debit card on time so I was a day late paying my storage unit. SARAH was extremely rude. There are better places to do business.

Not your typical dealership. The average buyer should avoid. This place is geared more towards people with bad credit or no money or something. No prices listed on vehicles. Went online and every vehicle says "call for price" which raised some red flags. Went to the dealership and the sales person didn't really explain much about the cars. Asked about lower price and was told "only if you pay cash and not finance, we don't deal if we have to wait for our money". Then the deal breaker was that they wanted all your information to do a financial assessment before you could even test drive a vehicle. Never heard of such a thing. Walked off and will deal with a company that's more professional and customer friendly.

Bought car from them. It had bent frame. Been having so many issues with thus car. And they will not work with me. Keep telling me I bought used car what u expect. Not even a month off the lot and in shop. Was in shop for major repairs. Dont buy from these ppl. They don't care about the buyer or their families

Stay far away from this place. They have unbelievable policy of keeping your down payment if you change your mind. They do not tell you this but expect that you read it everywhere. They write it on the receipt but do not tell it to you. So now they get to keep $500 for doing nothing. Anyone doing business with them read everything.

Great place to get a good, dependable vehicle. Great staff, honest and Goerge is a stand up guy. Goes above and beyond. My whole family owns vehicles thru Eagle Auto. Thanks again to all at Eagle Auto! Just bought our 2nd vehicle at Eagle Auto!!! Thank you George & staff you guys are the best!!!

Brought car in for inspection, friendly office person led us to waiting area where we were offered coffee and cookies. It was an unscheduled visit. Our car was taken for the inspection within 5 minutes. the coffee room was supplied with books, newspapers, and toys for kids. very clean.we were out in about 25 min total. Good price, friendly people. They were highly recommended to us. we will be using them for all our car needs.

I purchased a 2002 Saturn from Eagle Auto in 2016, I believe (it may have been 2015). As it happens, Phil in the Service Center used to work in a Saturn plant. My Service Engine Soon light came on and remained on. Phil put the car up on the rack and explained to me in terms I could understand just what was wrong, how much it will cost, and we worked out a plan to achieve this. Since the repair would take several hours, he had arranged for someone to take me home after I brought the car there, and for someone to pick me up when the car was ready. I feel more secure when I turn the car on and the warning is no longer there. I have to bring the car back on April 3rd for more repair, but I am confident with Phil and actually enjoy being a customer at Eagle Auto. When I originally went to Saturn, I had nothing wrong with the car I was trading in, nor was it that old; the payments was $265.00 a month. I was unemployed and wanted a car with lower monthly payments. I spoke with George. He listened to me, understood my situation, and was able to get me a car with payments of $170.00 a month. A Saturn. I have always wanted to own a Saturn. Great car. Very, very quiet engine. George treated me with a great deal of respect, got me a great car, and, within a week, I landed a job, so perhaps going to Eagle was good luck. Car inspections, oil changes, repairs, I always bring the car to Eagle and I recommend Eagle t anyone who will listen.
