I think alot of the machines need to be updated at this location. The machines are always faulting the fountain choices don't work and what does work tastes flat and alot of the tastes are changed. No complaints on the staff I've met just the quality of the things I've gone there for.

Just your regular run of the mill 7-11 I found nothing special about this specific location, nor has the staff here ever stood out as exemplary customer service providers. As a matter of fact, over the years, staff member after staff member (because there has been quite a few) always either seem to not communicate well or politely/with kindness, as well as being overly watchful. I highly dislike when I am shopping at a location and the employees are so closely watching my every movement that it starts to make me feel uncomfortable and I always got that feeling from the staff here.

I always have problems with workers in this place. One consistently accuses me of stealing. What is that? I'm not the only one he has done this to. There are plenty of teenagers he has done this to. Not sure the name of the worker currently. The place is also very dirty. And their prices are exorbitant. You're better off going to Speedway right across the street. Better prices and good workers. And good coffee.

I come to this 7-eleven once or twice every single week. They always have great deals on their waters. I also downloaded the app to earn points. I love building up points to claim a reward ! The staff are extremely nice and the store is very clean. My only complaint is there are often people loitering outside who appear homeless and ask for money.

I stop by this store often when I’m driving to work for coffee. But this place is really dirty. Not kept well. The mornings have empty coffee pots and no warm breakfast sandwiches. Usually just one kid there working. I cringe when I enter but I want my 7th cup free!!!

This store is getting worse and worse in terms of parking lot panhandling. The store management is not addressing the problem and i have even seen staff give these people free food and drink which will only encourage more vagrants, who are already spilling over into Walgreens parking lot. While I have sympathy for those in need, I have been aggressively approached several times including having a man pull a lit cigarette from my hand so that he could smoke it. I will no longer patronize this location which is the closest to my home.

Panhandlers constantly outside of store, sometimes violent with each other. Store management refuses to do anything to rectify the situation. Several employees spend their entire shift talking on speaker phone, even while ringing up items, making no eye contact and having minimal interaction with the customer. The discussions they have on their phones are typically profanity laced. There are a few employees who are very nice and professional, but it is not enough to make up for the other shortcomings.

Not the best 7-Eleven out there, but convenient because it's located at a super busy intersection in Staten Island. This 7-Eleven serves mostly the police officers, firemen, ambulance operators, and the employees from the Staten Island Hospital. Good for bites, coffee, and junk food if you're craving sugary or salty snacks.
