I can’t say enough about how amazing this particular Edible Arrangements is! I was getting a delivery one evening and my elderly mom was home trying to open the door and my very large dog by accident knocked my mom over. The delivery driver tried to reach me and when I didn’t pick up he immediately called the police who helped my mom until I was able to get home. This is so above and beyond and I’m forever grateful for this wonderful person and please shop local and buy their delicious arrangements.

My daughter was to receive as a gift. We were not home for delivery. Talked to them 6/27. Said they made her a fresh one. Picked up today. Mold all over . My mom paid for it and ordered it in Naples Florida. It cost her more than 70 dollars. . I do not want to involve her because she was so happy. Such a poor product. Poor company to deal with. Beware. I just called the number you gave me in the response. They don’t handle complaints they said. I can assume then that you are not responsible for what you sell.

Just Awful. Worst Mothers day gift. I bought their “platter” which costed me $100 a day before Mother’s Day and I got it at 7:30pm the next night! Also, I paid extra for balloons and a custom made card and both under delivered. They couldn’t provide balloons which is understandable so they promised a free teddy bear which was great until their delivery driver arrived with NO TEDDY BEAR. Oh yeah, and the custom picture card was printed with not enough ink. You couldn’t even see the word mother on the card! What kind of business is this where they send something obviously not ready to be delivered! The poorly arranged platter tasted fine but I got soooo ripped off. They only offered a $15 refund. Considering I spent $100 it was not good enough. You people are LOUSY.

My 17 year old son was ripped off from this place he spent 99.46 for the Mother’s Day dessert and never got his balloons a couple of chocolate strawberries with some half baked cookies was told it was on its way for hours and waited all day for it too arrive at 7:15 at night how can you justify the amount of money that they charge for what they give is disgraceful and whoever put that arrangement together should be ashamed of themselves I feel so bad for my son DO NOT GO HERE

I ordered a arrangement for a death and the establishments policy is if not home leave at the door. Who does that. Thank goodness it is not 90 degrees outside. They did go back after three hours to get, but two days later the recipient now has to come and pick it up. Why offer delivery service. They are dealing with a death, vendors are supposed to make life convient. Owner complaining he is taking a loss are you kidding me. If you did the right thing you would keep customers. Last straw I am done with edible arrangements for anything. Say hi to 1800flowers .

Terrible! Wish I could leave 0 stars. Called the store on Saturday 2/26 to call in an order and said I would be in around 3pm to pick it up. I arrived at 4 because the email said I can come until 5 (both the website and door sign showed they were open until 5), and they were closed. I went back on Sunday (the sign stated they were open 10-3) and closed again. My mom went in today for me because I was working and they said they had the order set up for Sunday 2/27, meanwhile they’re closed so that makes absolutely no sense. The email confirmation stated 2/26. So, a rude man comes out from the back (I’m guessing the owner) and says we had to throw out the box because you didn’t show up. My mom yelled back at him and said no it was for the 26th and to change your signs because the hours are obviously incorrect. Another man comes out from the back and says don’t come back. She says trust me I won’t and he says good and that she’ll call the CEO to report them and he says go ahead. Disgrace of a company and so disrespectful. Stay away!!!!!

WARNING ⚠️ They have delivery issues. I was told that they don’t have a driver available and it’s too far to deliver. I guess it’s probably the rise in gas prices, but I don’t know. I picked up the fruit basket the next day. I was told it would be ready by 1pm. I got there at 1:30pm and had to wait 25 minutes for it. They gave me $10 back for the delivery fee. Same day delivery is not guaranteed. The staff were nice, and the store is clean. However, They definitely need more employees though.

BEWARE of delivery issues. I ordered a birthday arrangement with pineapple and strawberries with a Happy Birthday balloon and a mini birthday cheesecake which was suppose to be delivered to my friends address on his birthday day. I was away and not around to pick it up and bring to him myself. But since he was not home at time of delivery the order was not left at the door but brought back to the store! When I received the email about it being 'undeliverable' I immediately called the store. The person I spoke to which I believe was the manager explained that they do not leave the arrangements at the door due to the weather (it was in the high 30's like the temperature of a refrigerator???) and that either my friend could go to the store to pick it up or I could pay a $14.99 delivery charge and they would attempt delivery again. He said I should have noted the request to leave it at the door on the order. I explained to him that due to COVID that for about the past year all deliveries that I have made or had, have been left at the door to limit personal contact and I never had to note that on the delivery instructions. He repeated again that UPS can do that but he doesn't. My friend ended up going to the store to pick up his birthday gift. He sent me a picture and the arrangement looked like what I ordered. He also said everything was fresh and the cheesecake was extremely good. I would buy from this store again but I would NOT use their delivery service.

I ordered something for my grandmas birthday for this location and it was a HUGE MISTAKE ! I called before they closed to see if my order was on the way and a worker picked up I think a manager and she told me she’s been declining orders all day and mine “somehow slipped through” . She told me they only had one worker and one delivery driver as of now . She was kind enough to accept my order and not decline it . That was a big mistake . My grandma received the bouquet of rotten fruits covered in chocolate. I was really upset . Please close this location if you don’t have enough people to work and handle orders . It’s unfair to both the workers and customers ordering . This location should not be open if you don’t have enough people .
