Went in with a very annoying screen problem Omar took a look and had to go through a few different fixes but he never gave up and solved my problems. Excellent service.

Highly disappointed in this location’s ethics. On 3 separate occasions, with 3 different sales reps, with specific instructions on what NOT to add were added anyways. Matthew, Aijalon (AJ), and Sammar went against what was instructed to them. They were asked NOT to add the $17 insurance and we’re told to select the $7.25 option instead. The request to buy a clear screen protector 2 out of 3 times turned into the deception of a blue light filter only to upsell and placed on the phone to make it difficult to return. The last incident was over system errors which I understand however, to make someone order a phone under a $800 promotion for it to be shipped through the app while failing to mention it can be processed as an in store pick up since the phone was in stock would have ensured the promotion to stick because now it is expired and they can’t find the order…? Also, failing to help order or process an order in store is one thing but to go back into my account just to add the $17 insurance blew me away, all while knowing this was going on a Verizon employee’s account… I’m truly embarrassed for this location and their ethnics.

The Reps at the Verizon Store on Erie Blvd in Syracuse go out of their way and often stay late to help customers. A great hardworking team.

I went into this location looking for a new phone. They wait time was over an hour. I asked for the bathroom, they do not have one and direct you to a business down the road. BUT if you leave the parking lot you lose your spot in line. If you are going to make customers wait 1 to 2 hours, you need to have a bathroom available. After waiting, they told me they had none of the phones in stock. That would be helpful to know before waiting more than an hour.

Too bad there wasn't a zero ! Told associate we wanted to purchase a new phone & she made an appt for 3 days later. We returned for our appt & another associate told us they had no phones available !! Unbelievable bad customer service. Never go there !!! Ended up at a nearby Verizon independent store & were shown 3 different models.

This store has the worst customer service, I have ever encountered at a Verizon store. It used to be ok, but recently it has become terrible. On 2 consecutive days I came in looking for help with a broken phone, the first day the dude gave me a pamphlet and told me to call the number on there, when I told him my phone is broken, he said "I would let you use one of ours, but we're going to close soon". The next day I returned with my replacement phone to get the data transferred from the broken phone, and was told that can only be done by appointment, even though he and another employee were not engaged with customers.I then went to the Thompson Rd. store, where I was graciously received by staff, and helped immediately... I even bought a new phone on the spot. I highly recommend avoiding the store on the boulevard, and would rate the service at Thompson Rd. as far superior!

Quick n very easy place to order online about 2:00 2:30 on Friday, my new phone service number ported from a different phone company was all completed within an hour. As far as I'm through with service at awesome 5G and 4G light service where I'm at with Metro I couldn't even get 4G service and the same
