We called and Ethan Allen sent out someone to take a look at it and then he came back with Rhonda, the service manager. They filmed the trouble we were having and the next day we received word that the chair would be replaced at no cost. I decided that I really didn’t want to try again with that particular recliner so we ordered a different one. Jared, the store manager, and Stephanie worked with us and everything went more smoothly than I could have imagined.
