The great thing about White House Black Market is that you get waited on. It's well worth it when you are being helped. The staff picks out clothes for you and you try them on. I'll always shop here. Just bought nother part of jeans tonight. Love this place!!

I love WHBM but the customer service in-store at this location is dreadful. Woman working there named Peggy gave me the wrong receipt (don’t ask me how she managed this error) and come to find out she didn’t process the return correctly. So now I have no proof of return/refund for $600+ spent. Customer support accessible by phone/email was of no help either. I will definitely NOT be coming back.

Horrible in store customer service. I made a purchase with a card that was deactivated due to fraudulent activity. I was issued a new card under the same account. The sales associate did not want to assist me with the return and had me call customer service while taking the items. Customer service completed the return over the phone, she took the items back, I was told I would receive an email with a refund, I asked for some sort of document as proof of my return, she declined and was not understanding my concern regarding documentation. Never got the email, never got the return. Horrible. I will never shop there again.

I love White House black market, but sometimes their aggressive hospitality makes me uncomfortable. The sales reps can be helpful and are always very friendly, but I often feel overly pressured by their desire to make a sale.
