This store is HUGE! They have almost everything right on the shelf. The customer service area is beautiful and the service level is great with well trained, friendly and NAPA NOW HOW personal! I give them a 11 out of 10.

Big store, good options. I stopped in on a Sunday to order paint matched to my vehicle in spray can. The guy working made many annoying unnecessary comments/statements while I was trying to order it. It bothered me more and more so I called Monday to cancel the paint, however they made 2 cans already. I picked them up. The cans were JUNK! One can would stop spraying 2-3 times on a pass. The other can kept spitting out a mucus like glob. The spray tips we're also normal spray tips. "not an expert" but all other automotive spray products I've purchased came with a fan tip that sprays like 6 inches. These sprayed like 1.5". I sprayed anyway and will fix it later with a better product from somewhere else. Complete waste of $50.

Our local Napa has surprised me with the wide range of products available. They've bailed me out of a couple jams in the past month. The staff is helpful, cheerful, and friendly.

Stood in the store 20 minutes with NO EMPLOYEES present.. they suddenly came in from the back door adjusting clothing like they had been having "relations" I was quoted prices for parts and they could not find them. AFTER I asked them to have them ready when I arrived. Was given poor ass excuse as why parts not pulled..
